چکیده
این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی نقش رسیدگی به شکایات و گزارشهای مردمی در ارتقای سلامت اداری کارکنان ناجا انجام شده است. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی ، پیمایشی و ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه و مصاحبه است.جامعه آماری 500 نفر از کارکنان کلانتریها و کارشناسان ادارات رسیدگی به شکایات مراکز بازرسی در همه استانها، یگانهای مستقل و پلیسهای تخصصی ناجا بوده اند که صد نفر از آنان به عنوان نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای با تخصیص متناسب انتخاب شده اند. با اتکا به مبانی نظری ، پرسشنامه ای با 18 سؤال مرتبط با فرضیه تحقیق طراحی شد که پس از تأیید روایی و پایایی، بین نمونه آماری توزیع گردید و در نهایت نتایج داده ها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که رسیدگی به شکایات و گزارشهای مردمی در ارتقای سلامت اداری کارکنان ناجا تأثیر مثبت دارد و سالم سازی محیط خدمتی ، ارتقای صحت عمل کارکنان ناجا ، کاهش پذیرفتن رشوه در اولویت اول شاخصهای ارتقای سلامت اداری است.The Effect of Dealing with Public Complaints and Reports on Promotion of Administrative Health (case study of the Law Enforcement Forces Headquarter of Hamedan province)
This study aims to recognize the role of dealing with public complaints and reports on promotion of NAJA's employees' administrative health. The methodology is of descriptive and survey kind and data collected by questionnaires and interviews. The statistical population was 500 employees of Police Stations and experts of the departments of complaints of inspection centers in all provinces, independent departments and Special Forces of NAJA. 100 people out of them were selected through classified sampling methodology. Relying on theoretical principles, an 18-question-questionnaire related to the hypothesis of the study was designed; findings were finally analyzed statistically. The results showed that dealing with public complaints and reports has positive effects on NAJA's employees' administrative health. Purification of the work environment, promotion of the performance of the NAJA's employees and reduction of bribery have priority over other things in promotion indices of administrative health.
