چکیده
امروزه یکی از برجسته ترین اهداف آموزش و پرورش کشور، توسعه کارآفرینی پایدار است. از همین رو، هدف اصلی این پژوهش طراحی و تبیین الگوی توسعه کارآفرینی مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار در آموزش و پرورش با نمونه مورد مطالعه مدارس استان البرز می باشد. پژوهشی که از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی-پیمایشی است. شیوه جمع آوری داده ها از نوع اکتشافی می باشد که با رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) تحلیل شد. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی خبرگان دانشگاهی می باشد که 20 نفر به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند و در بخش کمی، از جامعه آماری مدیران، کارشناسان و معلمان استان البرز، 361 نفر به وسیله فرمول کوکران تعیین حجم شدند و به روش تصادفی طبقه ای ، پرسشنامه برداشت شد. ابزار گرد آوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت. تحلیل داده-های بخش کیفی به روش کدگذاری و با استفاده از نرم افزار اطلس تی آی و تحلیل داده های بخش کمی هم به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی، مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و آزمون های مقایسه ای انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه های توسعه کارآفرینی و توسعه پایدار در نظام آموزش و پرورش است و نشان می دهد الگوی طراحی شده از تناسب قابل قبولی برخوردار است . بین وضع موجود این ابعاد و مولفه ها با وضع مطلوب شان تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، نتایج حاکی از آن است که توسعه پایدار اثر مثبت و معنی داری بر توسعه کارآفرینی دارد.Designing an entrepreneurial development model based on sustainable development in education and evidence from schools in Alborz province
Today, one of the most prominent goals of education in the country is the development of sustainable entrepreneurship. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to design and explain the model of entrepreneurship development based on sustainable development in education with the studied sample of schools in Alborz province. A research that is practical in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The method of data collection is exploratory, which was analyzed with a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) approach. The statistical population in the qualitative part is university experts, 20 people were selected in a targeted way, and in the quantitative part, 361 people from the statistical population of administrators, experts and teachers of Alborz province were determined by Cochran's formula and randomly stratified. The questionnaire was collected. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, whose validity and reliability were confirmed. Qualitative part data analysis was done by coding method using Atlas TI software and quantitative part data analysis was done by qualitative content analysis method, structural equation modeling and comparative tests. The results of the research indicate the identification of dimensions and components of entrepreneurship development and sustainable development in the education system and show that the designed model has an acceptable fit. There is a significant difference between the current state of these dimensions and components and their desired state. Also, the results indicate that sustainable development has a positive and significant effect on the development of entrepreneurship.
