In this paper, we discuss a new type of Mann iterative algorithm for finding a common fixed point of two nonexpansive mappings in real Hilbert spaces, and we establish the weak convergence of this fixed point approach by considering new circumstances. We can also show the algorithm’s strong convergence by taking into account an extra requirement. Our results extend the previous results given by Kanzow and Shehu as well as by Cho at et. al. Also in the last section, some applications of the main results are shown, and by some examples, we show the generality of our main results.

Proving helpful in an efficient management of cash in order to reach optimal cash and clearly explain relevant optimization policies, this study examined the adjustment speed of cash holding using asymmetric models. The sample consisted of 117 firms listed in Tehran Stock Exchange and their financial details over the 2009-2018 period. Once the optimal level for cash holding was identified, asymmetric models such as the dummy variable approach, the quadratic model, and the threshold regression model were employed to test the adjustment speed of cash holding. The results revealed that cash-rich firms are moving toward optimal cash at a greater speed than cash-poor firms. In addition, the results from the quadratic model showed a non-linear, skewing effect of the cash holding adjustment speed in terms of the different cash levels. Therefore, there is an optimal level of cash holding that enables firms to deviate from the cash target. Should firms fall outside the optimal cash range, cash adjustment will occur at a greater speed, and it will be both partial and asymmetric.

In the field of corporate tax behavior, corporate governance mechanisms are effective for shaping and monitoring the behavior of managers. The board, which is responsible for allocating resources, improving performance and increasing shareholder wealth, plays a central role in choosing a tax management strategy. Hence, companies with different governance structures may adopt different types of tax management. Therefore, it can be argued that corporate governance mechanisms can affect corporate tax activities. In order to achieve the weight of the identified criteria, the network analysis process method was used. The purpose of this method was to structure the decision-making process, according to a scenario affected by multiple independent factors. In this method, there can be a relationship between all levels, while in the method of hierarchical analysis process, this relationship could only be from high levels to low levels. The method of the network analysis process, such as the hierarchical analysis process, calculates the inconsistency of all judgments by the conformity rate, and the calculated inconsistency rate must be less than 10%. The compatibility coefficient of the final matrix shows the validity of the questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, Super Decision 1.6.0 software developed by Thomas L. Saati, the inventor of this method, as well as MS Excel 2019 software were used. There is considerable evidence that increasing tax requirements can increase tax compliance, but typically some types of tax offenses are used as a tool to control the phenomenon of tax default.

This study aimed to evaluate the role of the banking system and, in particular, the monetary policies and provision of bank facilities, in recession and boom periods on employment in the labor market. In this research, the most important variables were employment, bank and financial development index, volume of facilities provided to the private sector, bank facilities rate, wage rate, workforce, capital stock, liquidity, degree of economic openness, inflation rate, direct foreign investment, government expenditures, and oil revenues. The research tool was the smooth transfer regression (STR) model applied to evaluate the relationship between the variables during 1989-2016. According to the results, there was a nonlinear correlation between banking variables and employment. In the section of the nonlinear model, it was observed that with a 2.87% increase in the inflation rate, the banking indexes (e.g., money market development, the volume of facilities granted, and liquidity) had a significant and different impact on employment. In this respect, it was found that the indicators of monetary policy and bank facilities had a weak effect on employment of the country, demonstrating the improper association between monetary policies and workforce supply and demand in the labor market of the country.

Many behavioral biases affect investors when making decisions.Behavioral distortions divert the investor from rational decisions, and as a result, resources are not diverted to appropriate investments.Behavioral biases can be evaluated in different types including the two phenomena of mental anchor and collective behavior of investors. In the present study, the phenomenon of collective behavior and mental anchor of investors with emphasis on significant weaknesses in internal control has been investigated. For this purpose, the data of 125 companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period 2012 to 2018 were used.Data analysis was performed in eviews software version 10 and in order to fit the regression models, the generalized least squares method of panel data was used. The results using univariate analysis showed that there is no significant difference between the amount of behavioral biases in each of the two groups of companies with weakness and lack of weakness in internal control. While multivariate analysis of data in the form of regression models showed that the auditor's report on significant weaknesses in internal control,(which Weakness indicates high agency costs and high information asymmetry between managers and shareholders) strengthens It is the collective behavior of investors but it has no effect on their mental anchor.According to the results, it seems that the behavioral biases of investors are conditioned by the priority and importance of good and bad news in the market. As long as there is bad news in the stock market towards the company, good news can’t cause behavioral bias in investors.

The spread of volatility between financial indices indicates the process of information transfer between markets. Despite the relationship between financial markets, the information created in one market can affect other markets as well. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the volatility of energy and steel prices and the experimental test of inter-market volatility spillover. To do this, the monthly data of steel and energy price (oil and gas) during 2009 to 2019 were collected from valid databank using VECM and GARCH Family and VAR model and ICSS algorithm were analyzed by considering and without considering structural failure. Then, the causal relationship between them is examined through Granger causality test. The results show that there is volatility in the energy market (oil and gas) as well as the steel market during the studied time period. Results also show that the price of steel as well as its return and index are changed significantly by energy price effect. However, there is a causal link between energy prices and steel products and these results are consistent with the theoretical basics of the study and review of literature.

Banks play an important role in the growth and development of any economy. A profitable banking system enhances economic stability and efficiency to mitigate the impacts of sudden macroeconomic shocks. To be more efficient and profitable, banks need to recognize the factors underpinning their performance. Accrued liabilities are one of the factors that hinder the profitability of banks. There are several methods to assess banks' profitability with their own pros and cons. Among them, data envelopment analysis (DEA) has been recommended as one of the most common approaches to evaluate different efficiencies including cost efficiency, revenue efficiency, technical efficiency, and finally profitability. The availability of prices/weights of inputs and outputs provides financial managers with significant information for evaluating efficiencies and assists them in decision-making and strategy development processes. This study mainly aims to analyze banks' profitability by considering accrued liabilities resulting from undesirable factors, for which relevant data were collected from 33 branches of a commercial bank in Gilan province, Iran based on managerial and weak disposability. The results illustrated that only three branches were graded one in three dimensions of efficiency, namely technical, cost and revenue, and profitability. Besides, it was suggested that the lack of these efficiencies was not correlated with the branches' profitability.

The purpose of this study is to make investment decisions with the approach of data envelopment analysis and making decision on selection of optimal stock portfolio employing meta heuristic algorithms for multi-objective functions subject to real-life constraints. The statistical population of this research in capital decision-making and selection of the optimal capital composition is 183 of the selected companies of Tehran Stock Exchange, which were finally 42 companies as justified investment options. After measuring the risk and return of efficient companies, the real limitations of the budget, requirements and expectations of the investor, determination and composition of the investment were formulated as a multi-objective model. For optimal decision, the modified genetic meta heuristic algorithm and MATLAB software with dual operators were used. Elimination of the risk minimization function in sensitivity analysis improved the level of decision return but also led to more risk. Eliminating the maximizing return function improved decision-making risk but also reduced investment return. Elimination of investment requirements and expectations improved returns and increased investment risk, but more companies became involved in optimal investment.

In this paper, we use fuzzy numbers and possibility theory to model possibility. The purpose of this work is to determine the optimal investment model based on the neural network method for fuzzy LR, trapezoidal and triangular numbers in an optimal portfolio. It is listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange to maximize "returns" and reduce "risk" to find the optimal portfolio. Therefore, to achieve this goal, the problem of multi-objective nonlinear programming is addressed. Also, by substituting the mean-variance model and the standard mean deviation instead of the Markowitz mean-variance model, the selection of the optimal portfolio in the possible space is examined. Finally, after calculating the model of the possibility of fuzzy numbers, we reach the optimal stock portfolio, which can be used to set the stock portfolio that has the highest returns and the lowest risk.

One of the important factors in making a profit through financial markets is a quick and correct response to market events, which is possible only by examining all aspects of the market. Today, to solve this challenge, the use of trading algo-rithms has become inevitable and can be considered as transactions made by computers that these transactions are controlled and reviewed through algorithms. Depending on their type and purpose, these algorithms examine different aspects and, according to the strategies defined for them, make decisions and signal by order registration. These trading methods are growing rapidly in the world, espe-cially in strong and developed financial markets. Proper implementation of algo-rithmic transactions reduces transaction costs and increases the accuracy of inves-tors in their investments. One of the most widely used of these strategies is the trend-following strategy, which is welcomed by many traders. This strategy can be implemented in different ways and through different trading tools. In the pre-sent study, five types of them were examined and implemented on one of the most traded symbols of the Tehran Stock Exchange. The purpose of this study is to implement some of the popular strategies in algorithmic trading along with the introduction of algorithmic trading, its strategies in the Iranian stock market, which includes the study of its advantages and disadvantages. The present study is a cross-sectional retrospective and field survey in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection.
