A New Dynamic Nursing Workforce Planning Considering Skills Required at the Different Organizational Hierarchy: An Optimal Control Method(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

As a vital practice in human resources management, workforce planning determines that the organization is needed how many workforces, when, and which position. Workforce planning is not formed in a vacuity, and job variables such as skill, ability, and knowledge affect the planning. This study examines workforce planning in the health sector concerning the workforce's flows such as recruitment, promotion, degradation, fired, retention, and termination of the contract according to the skill audit and the role of performance appraisal results in this program. For this purpose, a dynamic model has been applied that can provide optimal answers to the number of workforces required and the workforce's flows at any time during the planning periods. This model has been implemented in a hospital ward with two levels of hierarchy: nurses, supervisors, and nursing directors. The results show that the designed system can converge the existing values to the optimal values by noting delays by the optimal control model.

A Model for Identification of Factors Affecting Services Intelligent Supply Chains: A Meta-Synthesis Approach(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Intelligence is an essential factor in supply chain. It prepares the ground for effective and timely communication and facilitates information sharing among supply chain components in both production and service sectors. Hence, the present study seeks to identify the components of services intelligent supply chain and categorize them as a comprehensive model by using the meta-synthesis approach. In this research, total of 437 articles in the field of services intelligent supply chain was identified and examined at first step. Articles were in the period of 1980 to 2022. Finally, after evaluation of articles, 53 articles remained. Then, based on the process of the meta-synthesis and the use of coding method, four main fields and a number of sub-fields were found for the services intelligent supply chain variable. Initial codes introduced in the software for conceptualization and categorization. The main fields of services intelligent supply chain included intelligence dimensions, intelligence conditions, intelligence strategies and intelligence consequences. Each of these main fields has a number of sub-fields. The result of the study shows that in order to implement the services intelligent supply chain, several dimensions and components are considered, concepts such as real-time online information flow, intelligent fund flow, intelligent services flow, process management and technology infrastructure play an important role. Suggestions are presented in accordance with the comprehensive model identified. Also, the conceptual model designed can be useful as a basis for future research in the direction of practical manual in the effective use of the services intelligent supply chain.

Identifying and Validating the Factors Affecting Online Social Media Marketing about Consumer Buying Behavior(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Online social media is an important innovation that has attracted individuals and companies. The purpose of this study is to "develop an online social media marketing model about consumer buying behavior". This utilizes a mixed-method (qualitative and quantitative). This study uses the research literature to extract the indicators, then, finalizes them by the Delphi technique in three different rounds. The study develops the qualitative model of the research based on the opinions of 20 experts as well as the application of Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) and MICMAC analysis. In the quantitative part, the study uses the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique to implement SEM, validate, and test the predictive relevance of the initial model. This study applies Cohen's formula and determines 460 individuals as sample. The sampling method is non-probability. Furthermore, the statistical population of the study consists of online social media users from all over Iran. In this study, 9 key factors have been identified, modeled and analyzed. According to the MICMAC analysis results, perceived security (with the highest driving power) is identified as the driving indicator, and value co-creation (with the highest dependence) is identified as the result or target indicator. The ISM based model is validated using SEM and 15 hypotheses were checked using SEM-PLS technique, also all hypotheses except the second hypothesis were confirmed. Finally The findings confirmed Goodness of Fitness and ideal predictive relevance of the model.

Identification and Prioritization of Measures to Reduce the Failure of Safety Policies Based on the Technique of FMEA(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Safety policies are implemented in the organizations to reduce occupational accidents and prevent waste of resources. Numerous measures will reduce the failure to implement occupational safety policies. In this research, these factors are identified and ranked.This research is applied and adopts survey as its strategy. The research population consists of 15 Safety managers in Kerman province who are selected through non-random and purposive sampling. Data collection tools are interviews and questionnaires and FMEA technique and integrated approach of AHP and fuzzy TOPSIS are used to analyze the data. Based on the findings, important and effective measures to reduce the failure of safety policies implementation include reducing the change of managers and requiring new managers to implement safety policies, developing scientific programs in accordance with the organization's capabilities.According to the research findings, it is necessary for organizations to pay more attention to creating and strengthening the structure of safety units by carefully planning and changing the approach of managers.

Typology of Iranian Consumers based on Values System and Lifestyles: A Clustering Method(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

In recent decades, lifestyle has been one of the most important concepts in marketing, and management studies. Hence, this study aimed to identify the values and lifestyles of Iranian consumers. According to Cochran’s formula, 1580 people were selected as the statistical sample. Eighteen values were identified by examining the theoretical foundations and interviewing 77 Iranian citizens. The data collected by Likert-scale questionnaire were evaluated using R software, clustering method. Considering the importance of Iranian values, three clusters were identified: “normal lifestyle,” “phlegmatic lifestyle,” and “ideal lifestyle.” This study is one of the first attempts to create a general typology of Iranian consumers based on values and lifestyle and focusing on cultural, ideological and belief differences of Iranian consumers. Researchers are suggested to take advantage of the lifestyles identified in this research in order to identify and deeply understand the consumption behaviors specific to each style in different markets.

The Forex market is known as the strongest and richest financial market in the world that has been operating continuously. This market is formed based on the exchange rates of different countries, as well as the prices of oil and gold. The price of currency pairs in the Forex market as the largest market for financial transactions has always been of great importance. The purpose of this article is to study the Forex market based on chaos theory. Its statistical population includes three currency pairs Euro / Dollar, Pound / Dollar and Dollar / Yen. The period of prices of the surveyed currency pairs is from January 2017 to December 2021 and its time range includes daily prices. The results showed that after fitting the model and performing the BDS test, on the GARCH model residues in different dimensions and ε of all 6 groups, which are IID residues and there is no dependence on them. The results of Lyapunov's maximalism test showed that for all dimensions, and all time intervals (n), the value of Lyapunov's exponent is a positive and small number, indicating that the time series of the triple currency pair follows a chaotic process.

The issue of transportation, which today as a socio-political phenomenon plays a very sensitive and important role in the quality and socio-economic structure of a society, forms the basis of modern urban life and the needs of human movement. In this research, our goal is to design a system dynamics model in the form of combined transport system to try to reduce costs, time and increase customer satisfaction by taking into account the uncertainty in the combined transport system, especially uncertainty in demand. Considering the productivity required by both of passengers and urban management, the importance of the issue and its impact on other sectors, as well as the lack of sufficient research in this field, in this study, the design of intra-city transportation system will be studied. The purpose of this planning is to determine the location of stations for public transportation as well as to determine the best route to reach the next station. Initially, the IoT system is used to collect and analyze historical data. Then the effective parameters and input values of the mathematical programming model are determined. The implementation of the model determines the appropriate outcomes for the decision variables. In other words, this leads to determining the optimal stations and the appropriate route to transport passengers between stations so that travel time and cost are minimized. In addition to material profitability, this includes passenger satisfaction, increased willingness to use public transport, reduced traffic, and reduced environmental impact, increased reliability of public transport and more accurate forecast of vehicle arrival at the station.
