چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به مأموریت ذاتی پلیس در تأمین نظم و امنیت، پیشگیری و مقابله با جرائم مرتبط با صنعت گردش گری ازجمله کنترل فعالیت ها و خدمات غیرمجاز در بخش گردش گری و به طورکلی به وجود آوردن امنیت و احساس امنیت در فضاهای گردش گری از ضرورت های بنیادین در این زمینه شناخته می شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناخت میزان تأثیر اقدامات مدیریت انتظامی بر رضایت گردش گران در کلان شهر شیراز انجام شد.روش: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ شیوه اجرا از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری، کلیه گردش گران داخلی و خارجی است که در بازه زمانی یک ساله از ابتدای شهریور 1397 تا ابتدای شهریور 98 به کلان شهر شیراز سفر کرده اند؛ که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه برابر با 384 نفر تعیین شد. ابزار اصلی جمع آوری اطلاعات، پرسش نامه است که روایی آن به صورت صوری و پایایی آن به روش آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه و تأیید شد. اطلاعات به دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون هم بستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر، تجزیه وتحلیل شد.یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است اگر احساس امنیت و ضریب ایمنی گردش گران در مقصد گردش گری (کلان شهر شیراز) توسط پلیس افزایش یابد، خودشکوفایی یا همان توسعه پایدار گردش گری ایجاد خواهد شد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد، رابطه مثبت و معناداری بین ابعاد مدیریت انتظامی و رضایت گردش گران وجود دارد. فراجا می تواند با استفاده از ابعاد مدیریت انتظامی و ایجاد استانداردی مبتنی بر همین ابعاد، به عنوان یک ابزار کاربردی در جهت افزایش رضایت گردش گران خارجی و داخلی گام های مؤثری بردارد.The Impact of Law Enforcement Management Measures on Tourists' Satisfaction in Tourism Destinations: A Case Study of Shiraz
Background and Aim: According to the inherent mission of the police in ensuring order and security, prevention and confrontation of crimes related to the tourism industry, including the control of unauthorized activities and services in the tourism sector and in general to create security and a sense of security in spaces Tourism is known as one of the basic necessities in this field.Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation method. The statistical population is all domestic and foreign tourists who have traveled to Shiraz metropolis in a period of one year from the beginning of September 2016 to the beginning of September 1998. Using Cochran's formula, Findings: If the feeling of security and safety factor of tourists in the tourist destination increases, self-actualization or sustainable development of tourism will be created. In this study, the researcher sought to investigate whether the measures of law enforcement management have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of tourists in the metropolis of Shiraz? Finally, the researcher concluded that the measures of law enforcement management have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of tourists in the metropolis of Shiraz.Conclusion: The results showed that the relationship between the dimensions of law enforcement management and tourist satisfaction has been confirmed and showed that the country's police force can use the dimensions of law enforcement management and create a standard based on these dimensions as a practical tool to increase tourist satisfaction.
