بررسی ریشه شناختی و معنایی واژۀ پهلوی اشکانی تورفانی nw ̉r (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
واژه پهلوی اشکانی nw ̉rدر متن تورفانیM5815 IVi/29/ آمده است. آندره آس- هنینگ آن را در MMiii,b آورده اند (Durkin-Meisterernst,2004:246)این واژه را بویس در واژه نامه اش آورده است (Boyce,1975:63). دورکین – مایسترارنست نیز آن را در واژه نامه اش آورده است(Durkin‑Meisterernst,2004:246) در هیچ یک از این موردها، معنی و آوانوشت درستی برای آن داده نشده است. این جستار بر آن است تا با نویسه گردانی، آوانوشت و ترجمه سطرهای مربوطه در متن پهلوانیگ M5815 و با یاری گرفتن از گونه های واژگانی ای که در زبان پارسی می توانند دنباله این واژه باشند، آوانوشت، ریشه شناسی و معنای آن را روشن سازد؛ چراکه بسیاری از واژه های پهلوی اشکانی در زبان پارسی کاربرد دارند و واژگانی نیز هستند که در پارسی میانه و پهلوی اشکانی یکسان به کاررفته اند؛ چراکه ریشه ای مشترک دارند. در پایان چنین نتیجه گیری شده است که واژه موردنظر را می توان از پیشوند ni- و ریشه par دانشت.An Etymological Investigation into the Turfan Manichaean Parthian Word “Nw ̉r”
The Turfan Parthian word “nw ̉r” appears in Manichaean Fragment M5815 Vi/29/. Andreas Henning (Durkin-Meisterernst, 2004) and Boyce (1975) have cited this word, but without any meaning or interpretation. Durkin-Meisterenst (2004) suggested that «poss. a misspelling of wᵓwr «belief» which occurs in the same text a few later?» This paper aimed to find the root of this word and to interpret it with the help of other Persian words in modern Persian literature. To do this, the content of M5815 I from /22/ to /31/ and M5815 II, /1/ and /2/ were first transcribed and rendered into modern Persian. Then, the meaning of the word was clarified. Finally, it was shown that this word can be related to another Persian word “niv ridan” in both form and meaning.
