واکاوی تجارب زیسته یک دانشجو معلم در راستای توسعه حرفه ای

چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش، نقد و بررسی تجارب پژوهشگر ، معلمان و استادان گرانقدر و الگوبرداری از آنها درجهت تعیین آرمان ها و تعهدات حرفه ای برای آینده ی معلمی نویسنده است. روش تحقیق، روایت پژوهی می باشد که با استخراج داده ها از طریق کدگذاری تجارب زیسته نگارنده و تحلیل داده ها به روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که از نظر نگارنده موافقت خانواده، امنیت شغلی، علاقه به معلمان و شغل معلمی از عوامل مهم ورود به دانشگاه فرهنگیان می باشد. همچنین علی رغم کمبود امکانات دانشگاه و نواقص برنامه درسی، دانشگاه فرهنگیان از لحاظ توجه به ارزش ها و تعاملات عوامل انسانی، در سطح بسیار مطلوبی قرار دارد. ایجاد تحول در سیستم آموزشی، از آرمان های اصلی نگارنده بوده و تلاش برای یادگیری مادام العمر از تعهدات وی می باشد. بررسی نتایج این پژوهش می تواند موجب علاقمندی دانش آموزان و دانشجویان به رشته آموزش ریاضی و همچنین رشد و توسعه حرفه معلمی شود.Analyzing the lived experiences of a student teacher in line with professional development
The purpose of this research is to review the experiences of researcher, teachers, and valuable professors and model them in order to determine the ideals and professional commitments for the future of the author's teaching. The research method is narrative research which was done by extracting data through coding the writer's lived experiences and analyzing the data using thematic analysis method. The findings of the research showed that according to the author, family approval, job security, interest in teachers and teacher's job are important factors for entering Farhangian University. Also, despite the lack of university facilities and the shortcomings of the curriculum, Farhangian University is at a very favorable level in terms of paying attention to the values and interactions of human factors. Creating transformation in the educational system is one of the main goals of the author and striving for lifelong learning is one of her commitments. Examining the results of this research can make students interested in the field of mathematics education as well as the growth and development of the teaching profession.
