مصورسازی شبکه موضوعی تولیدات علمی حوزه توسعه حرفه ای معلمان: 1998- 2022

چکیده
باتوجه به جایگاه پژوهش های علم سنجی در حوزه های مختلف علمی، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل مقالات مرتبط به توسعه حرفه ای معلمان انجام شده است. روش تحقیق توصیفی - کاربردی و حوزه پژوهش شامل تمامی مقالات توسعه حرفه ای معلمان بود که از سال 1998 تا 2022 در پایگاه استنادی ساینس دایرکت نمایه شدند، بعد از پالایه مقالات مرتبط 2382 مورد از آن ها با نرم افزار اکسل و وی. او. اس. ویوور مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد چاپ مقالات در این حوزه روند صعودی داشته و در سال 2021 بیشترین فراوانی را دارا بود. همچنین مقالات پژوهشی با 2071 اثر و مجله تدریس و آموزش معلمان با 710 اثر، در رتبه اول قرار گرفتند. کلمات کلیدی: توسعه حرفه ای، تربیت معلم، بهبود تدریس، توسعه معلم، معلمان، مسائل تربیتی بیشترین فراوانی و هم رخدادی را هم به خود اختصاص دادند. در ادامه 8 خوشه و 1883 پیوند شناسایی شدند که اولین خوشه دارای 38 مقوله موضوعی و 603 پیوند بود و مقوله سواد و انگیزه با 36 پیوند دارای بیشترین پیوند با دیگر اعضای شبکه بود. خوشه های آموزش آنلاین، درگیری دانشجویان، خودکارآمدی، تخصص معلمی، مربیگری، مهارت های نوین، رسانه های اجتماعی، تفکر رایانه ای، آموزش از راه دور، سواد اطلاعاتی، رباتیک، علم داده، آموزش مسئله محور، آگاهی معلم، معلمان روستایی، تدریس مجازی و آموزش به کمک مربی دارای نوع آوری بوده و همچنین تربیت معلم، استراتژی های آموزشی، آموزش عالی و تربیت، پرتأثیرترین موضوعات در این حوزه بودند. درنتیجه انجام پژوهش با موضوعات جدید در حوزه توسعه حرفه ای معلمان می تواند، در پیشبرد اهداف تربیت معلم مؤثر باشد.Illustration of the thematic network of scientific productions in the field of teachers' professional development: 1998-2022
Considering the position of scientometric researches in different scientific fields, the present research was conducted with the aim of analyzing articles related to the professional development of teachers. The descriptive-applied research method and the research area included all the articles on the professional development of teachers that were indexed in the Science Direct citation database from 1998 to 2022, after filtering the related articles of 2382 of them with Excel and V software. She. S. Weaver was analyzed. The findings of the research showed that the publication of articles in this field had an upward trend and was the most frequent in 2021. Also, research articles with 2071 works and teaching and teacher training magazine with 710 works were ranked first. As a result, conducting research with new topics in the field of professional development of teachers can be effective in advancing the goals of teacher training.
