ارائه مدلی برای ارتقا کیفیت و مهارت حسابرس از دیدگاه حرفه و کارفرما (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف اصلی این پژوهش ارائه مدلی برای ارتقای کیفیت حسابرس از دیدگاه حرفه وکارفرمایان با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری می باشد. در راستای دستیابی به این هدف، پس از مطالعه ادبیات موضوع و پیشینه پژوهش، 33 متغیر مربوط به مهارت تاثیرگذار بر ارتقای کیفیت حسابرس پس از انطباق با شرایط محیطی ایران، شناسایی و به 6 مؤلفه اصلی تقسیم شد که از طریق پرسشنامه در اختیار اعضای جامعه حسابداران رسمی و مدیران مالی شرکت های نمونه قرارگرفت. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل 300 پرسشنامه (142 پرسشنامه از اعضای حرفه و 158 پرسشنامه از مدیران مالی) نشان می دهد که از دیدگاه شاغلین در حرفه، مهارت های اساسی حسابرسی که شامل (مهارت های تخصصی و دفترداری، مهارت های نرم افزاری حسابداری، رعایت دستورالعمل های جامعه، پیروی از برنامه حسابرسی، ریسک پذیری و مدیریت پروژه) می باشند، از جمله مهمترین مهارت هایی هستند که متقاضیان ورود به حرفه (حسابداران رسمی) باید آن ها را فرا گیرند. همچنین از منظر کارفرمایان حسابرسی نیز مهارت های اساسی حسابرسی، مهارت های تحلیلی، شخصیتی، ارتباطی، افزایش قابلیت ها و رهبری به ترتیب دارای اهمیت بیشتری برای ورود به حرفه (حسابداران رسمی) هستند.Presenting the model to development skills and quality of work of an Auditor from the profession and employer’s point of view
The goal of this research is to define a model to improve the quality of work of auditors from the professional perspective of employers using fundamental equations. In order to meet this goal, after the study of literary of the case and also the research background, 33 indicators that were adapted to the environmental features of Iran, were defined as skill related parameters to improve the quality of auditor’s work. These indicators were grouped to 6 main divisions, and then were given to a community of auditors and financial managers from best known companies as a questionnaire. The results from 300 individuals (142 auditors and 158 financial managers) shows that from a professional perspective, skills like bookkeeping, professional software skills, social awareness, auditing schedule conformity, risk taking and project management are the most crucial skills needed to be mastered by the employees. From the point of view of an auditing employer, the most important skills are analytical, personal, communicational and leadership skills.
