There are many opportunities and threats in the decision-making environment for managers, and an organization must use research and information systems to change, monitor, and anticipate this environment. Futurism reflects how tomorrow reality gives birth to tomorrow's reality is. The purpose of this research; Analyzing the role of futures studies in the existing patterns of critical factors of multi-criteria decision-making techniques in operations research using the philosophical assumptions of the classical and critical paradigms and finally determining the appropriate strategy based on these components, to increase success and life expectancy. The present study intends to formulate exploratory scenarios of this knowledge by using the critical uncertainty approach. To develop credible scenarios of knowledge of decision techniques, the opinions of 15 experts in this field were collected using the fuzzy Delphi approach and through the critical uncertainty questionnaire. After extracting the most important uncertainties, plausible scenarios of decision-making techniques were determined with the help of experts. According to the results obtained from the opinion of experts from the critical uncertainty questionnaire, four research uncertainties were identified, identified and the scenario design criteria were used. Each of the four cases, which includes low attention to social issues versus high attention to social issues, low attention to ethical models versus high attention to ethical models, low attention to soft approaches versus high attention to soft approaches, Low attention to complex issues versus high attention to complex issues indicates a specific dual situation in the future. Each of these dual situations indicates uncertainty about the future of multi-criteria decision making. Based on these uncertainties, three scenarios were identified. These scenarios include Achilles heel, phoenix, and heel. Also, semi-structured interviews with the theme analysis approach were used, and the philosophy of past and future approaches in this field was reviewed and critiqued.
Identifying and Ranking the Factors Affecting Customer Financial Behavior Using Multi-Criteria Decision Making Technic (TOPSIS)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Customer relationship and recognition of the customer financial behaviour are considered as important strategic factors involved in successful performance of the banks. So, identifying these factors and prioritizing them help to make better decisions to complete the value chain of the banks’ financial services, especially in development banks that tend to have midterm and long-time presence in financial markets. So, the present research aims to identify and prioritize the mentioned factors in Bank of Industry and Mine as one of the main development banks of Iran. The present research has been performed in two phases. In the first stage, or qualitative part, In the first stage, during the review of the literature and the opinions of banking experts, the relevant indicators were identified. In the second stage, or quantitative part, the statistical data of variables in the period of 2012-2017 was collected. Then, the identified factors were prioritized by multi-criteria decision making in TOPSIS solver software. According to the findings, environmental factors are the main indicators affecting the bank customers’ financial behaviour. The most important customer-related factor was the definite profit paid to the customer; the most important bank-related factor was credit risk; and the most important environmental factor was economic growth.
Assessing the Effect of Abnormal Stock Returns on the Content of the Autopoietic Restructuring Theory: Case Study of Petrochemical Industry Companies(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

With the increasing competitiveness of the capital market, one of the topics that has attracted the attention of many financial researchers in recent years is the reasons for the formation of abnormal stock returns as a stimulus for restructuring companies due to the difference between real returns and Expected (normal) returns can motivate investment in the capital market. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of the reasons for the formation of abnormal stock returns on the content of the autopoietic restructuring theory of companies operating in the petrochemical industry in the capital market. In this study, in order to identify the components (reasons for the formation of abnormal stock returns) and research propositions (content themes of corporate autopoietic restructuring theory), a combined analysis was used with the participation of 15 accounting experts at the university level. In the quantitative part, the components and propositions identified in the form of matrix questionnaires were evaluated by interpretive ranking process (IRP) by 20 financial managers of capital market petrochemical companies. The results showed that the most effective reason for the formation of abnormal stock returns is the institutional and regulatory causes of the stock market, which has the greatest impact on the dimension of autopoietic restructuring strategy of petrochemical companies. In other words, institutional and regulatory changes in the stock market by upstream institutions will be able to influence the restructuring process with the aim of matching the content with the structural process (the autopoietic approach).
Optimal Site Selection of Relief Centers Using Geospatial Information System and Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Methods in Urmia(مقاله پژوهشی وزارت بهداشت)
INTRODUCTION: Pre-crisis planning is one of the important issues facing managers and planners, especially in the field of crisis management. In recent years, the world has faced an increasing number of natural and man-made disasters, such as earthquakes. Moreover, the growing effect of disasters on communities has highlighted the need for efficient and effective emergency logistics operations in this field, and some criteria are provided for decision-making and prioritization of relief centers in crisis situations. METHODS: In the current research, Analytic Network Process (ANP) and PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enriching Evaluations) methods were used for analysis and ranking, and construction cost and usage time indicators were considered for the first time. Criteria were also defined and evaluated as layers according to global standards and crisis management criteria in the region. In addition, geographic information systems and experts' opinions were used to evaluate the indicators. FINDINGS: Due to the higher weight value, safety (0.36), usage time (0.24), as well as concentration and coverage level (0.22) received priority for the selection of the most optimal relief sites in crisis situations. Therefore, centers, such as Amini Stadium and Golestan Park, which had a lower performance status in terms of the mentioned indicators, compared to other options, were placed in a lower rank in the final ranking, in comparison with other centers. CONCLUSION: The indicators identified in order of importance were security, time of use, concentration and coverage level, and compatible access. In the end, Takhti Stadium, Saat Park, and Rajaei Stadium received priority for the establishment of relief centers in terms of performance and the weight value of the mentioned indicators in time of crisis.
A Combination of FSAW and DOE Method with an Application to Tehran Stock Exchange(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

stock market is considered as the most profitable and valuable areas of investment in any country. In this regard, high return depends on the correct choice of stock portfolio.That’s why today different methods of mathematical planning and decision-making have been proposed to solve such problems. Aiming to present a new method, the study designates 10 criteria for selecting the best stock portfolio options among the 21 most viewed options in the stock market. The method is a combination of fuzzy SAW and experimental design (2k factorial design). Analysis of variance results for the response variable is calculated . The value of R2 obtained from the response variable of 70% value, shows that this model has selected suitable options by removing ineffective criteria and analysing the results and discovering the relationships between criteria and ranking the criteria and presenting simpler solutions in addition to high accuracy. As a result, by considering and comparing the real values of the stock market in one-month and quarterly intervals, the model presents more capabilities for providing accurate ranking and higher portfolio returns than fuzzy TOPSIS in the capital and stock markets. The response surface method and the regression equation obtained in the proposed method are used to rank the options. In addition, Pareto method, which ranks the criteria based on the effectiveness of the criteria in the final result and regard to the surfaces of experiments and weights of capital market and stock market experts, is used for ranking the factors (criteria).
Identifying the Jurisprudential and Legal Problems of Non-Muslim Tourists in Iran and Prioritizing them Using Multiple Criteria Decision Making (AHP)

Today, tourism does not belong to a particular group, and everyone can explore places and enjoy leisure, knowledge and experience depending on their financial strength and interests. As a result, tourism has become one of the largest economic sectors in the world. However, the problem most Muslim countries face to the development of the tourism industry is the Islamic law that governs these countries.In this research, four main factors: 1- Trade with Muslims and presence in the business market. 2. Enjoy freedom in holding national and religious ceremonies. 3. Freedom to perform sentences and actions based on religion and religion. 4. Immunity and safety in terms of mortality, financial and occupation. As legal and legal challenges, the presence of non-Muslim tourists in Iran has been identified. After analyzing and prioritizing these factors using the AHP method, we obtained the following results. The most important challenge we face is the freedom to carry out the acts and actions on the basis of religion and religion, and the least important issue is the trade with the Muslims and the presence in the business market. 1- Freedom to perform ordinances and acts on the basis of religion. 2. Freedom to hold national and religious ceremonies. 3. Immunity and security in terms of mortality, financial and occupation. 4. Trade with Muslims and presence in the business market.
Ranking and evaluation of financial efficiency of pharmaceutical companies accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange with the approach of data envelopment analysis and multi-criteria decision making(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The complexity of the competitive business environment has highlighted the need to be aware of the organization's strengths and weaknesses and to continuously improve processes. Therefore, managers are looking for a solution for performance measurement of their organization to be able to promote and improve their organization. Evaluating the performance of listed companies in the stock exchange organization is important because in addition to the managers of the organizations, stock traders can also evaluate the companies and make the necessary decisions about holding, selling or buying the shares of these companies in a timely manner. One of the organization's performance measurement solutions is to use financial ratios. Given that a separate study of financial ratios does not provide a correct view of the efficiency of the organization, so the aggregation of the effect of financial ratios seems to be effective. DEA and MCDM are suitable because they enable the achievement of performance index by considering several factors simultaneously, so the performance obtained from this method is reliable. the main purpose of this study is to ranking pharmaceutical companies in the Tehran Stock Exchange between the years 2018 and 2020 using DEA approach and MCDM to provide a single ranking through the Copeland method.

Proper siting of a public parking garage increasing efficiency and thus reducing the marginal park and indirectly increase the width of the streets and traffic is mental. At present, the location of public parking with traditional and is performed site visits. In this method, taking into account all factors affecting the location of public parking not possible with regard to the selected sites only a limited number of parameters such as the “land price” is performed. This would take away parking absorbent centers Travel and parking in the busy streets and increase traffic to the street. “Geographical Information Systems” (GIS) that science and technology are analyzing spatial data, in order to find the optimum system for the construction of public parking places are considered. The use of GIS in the field of land and increase the accuracy of the work is to reduce the number of hits. In this paper, weighting and combining information from different methods of allocating points such as weight, AHP nine degree and Fuzzy AHP and fuzzy index overlay method and a method using a combination of these methods were compared and the results were presented, and finally the appropriate methods.This article discusses how public parking location using GIS to consider all parameters affecting the positioning simultaneously offers. In this paper, factors affecting the location of public parking from three perspectives, 1. Near the parking lot to the Centers for Trip Attraction, 2. Factors Traffic and 3. The problem, especially in inner-city dumping ground "has been studied and given the location of these views, the conceptual model parking is provided. Below is the perfect place to build parking for the region's seven municipalities in Tehran.

In last decades, the skillful planning of land resources has become a major issue for rural development. The development of cultivated areas becomes gradually impossible due to ever increasing population growth and urban development. Fuzzy logic is preferred to Boolean logic for land evaluation, because fuzzy techniques lead to estimate for land use suitability on a continuous scale and can therefore, be more informative than the Boolean technique. The objective of this study is to apply fuzzy set methodology in the context of a decision making process known as the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to land evaluation for irrigated wheat. The results revealed that the results obtained with fuzzy AHP method are in better agreement (R2=0.911) with the observed yield as compared to those obtained with parametric method (R2=0.804). Although, the fuzzy AHP provided more efficient and accurate results than parametric method, the choice of membership functions, width of the transition zones and weight values are determinant to achieve its realistic results in land suitability assessment.
Identifying the areas of intervention in renovation and rehabilitation of olden fabric using AHP method case of Paytoop neighborhood in Bojnord(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Paytoop neighborhood in Bojnurd in among those neighborhoods that are confronted with worn-out area problem, while have a potential capability to attract people. In spite of the implemented renovation plans, and having a long history and great capabilities, this neighborhood couldn&rsquot have any progress in constant spatial development, and we are still witnessing a horizontal expansion in the city. The objective of this paper is to analyze the renovation and rehabilitation plan in Paytoop neighborhood, and to prioritize the worn-out area zones in order to implement the Armaghan plan using AHP method and present some strategies to use these spaces optimally, while preserving their identity. In this research, AHP hierarchical method is used to determine the intervention area in the worn-out area. In order to measure and analyze the information we used interview, observation, questionnaire, and library study.
