The main purpose of the present quasi-experimental study was to investigate the effects of linear process versus genre-based approach on EFL learners’ written production. To this end, 40 learners of English at intermediate level were randomly selected as the participants of the study and assigned into two groups of experimental (process and genre) which received different types of instruction for 8 sessions. Narrative and process-tasks were employed to collect data from the participants. The collected written data was quantified in terms of the accuracy measure. Independent samples T-test was employed as the statistical means of analysis. The results of the study revealed no difference between the performances of two groups in written narrative task, however, the result of statistical analysis in process task was significant. The study might carry some pedagogical implications for second language teachers, SLA researchers, teacher education and task designers.
Establishment of Integrated Accounting Information Systems in an Emerging Market-Problems and Barriers(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This research study is aimed to investigate barriers and problems of establishment process of integrated accounting information systems (IAIS) in the universities of an emerging market (Iran) in order to facilitate their establishment. The research population includes Iranian state universities’ CFO and his/her deputy, as well as IT specialists involved in the process of establishment of IAIS in those universities in 2016 and 2017. The required data was collection using a questionnaire designed and developed by the researchers in accordance with the literature (there was no standard questionnaire).The collected data was analyzed at three levels "Total population (Population) ", "CFO or Deputy" (Managers) and "IT Specialists"(Specialists). The results at “Population " level show that the most important problem is related to” design and establishment of the IAIS" and problems related to “project analysis and risk” and “plan” are the least important. Other problems are “employees“, “culture”, “managers”, “and level of information technology and information systems in the university”.
From the Managers and Specialists’ point of view problems related to "design and establishment of IAIS” have the most importance. This case study would be of value to regulators, senior managers, system analysts, university authorities especially CFOs and IT managers, and researcher especially in developing and emerging markets.

Research in educational innovation has generally focused on teaching practices. Innovation in our society carries many identities. In the collective imagination, it refers to our own representation of what is new. In our research work, we have focused on identifying the factors of innovation in the field of qualifying secondary education. We used a questionnaire of 78 items, structured in 5 areas: the conditions, the moments, the reasons, the domains, and the objects of experimentation of the new actions in teaching-learning. This questionnaire is administered to a sample of 149 teachers. We proceeded by a descriptive and exploratory research of mixed qualitative and quantitative type) The results of which showed the existence of personal factors and those which are in relation to the context and the working conditions in educational establishments, and which are points of reflection on the logic of school innovation. We can deduce that an analysis of the relationships that teachers have with innovation opens heuristic perspectives in terms of research and training in education.
Teachers’ Perception Towards Differentiated Instruction Approach in Secondary Schools of Namangan City

The study investigates English language teachers’ beliefs and perceptions in understanding the notion of differentiated instruction strategy in secondary schools in Uzbekistan. To achieve this, the researchers designed a questionnaire consisting of 3 parts, a question list for semi-structured interviews and an unstructured observation sheet. The instruments were used after having verified their validity and reliability. Our teachers participated in the research who took the questionnaires, 20 sub-samples were interviewed and 10 of them volunteered to conduct the classes per 2 observations, that is 20 observations in total. The results indicate that teachers have different points of view on differentiated instruction strategies based on their experience. There was a big difference among questionnaire and interview responses compared to what was observed in classes in terms of applying elements of Differentiated Instruction such as Content and Process. The analyses of data show that being familiar with DI is statistically significant toward the age, working experience, and grade currently teaching. The study recommends organizing workshops for language teachers to train them to differentiate instructions and increase their awareness of the strategies of differentiation along with organizing lesson observation of those teachers who already implement differentiated instructions in their classes.
Determining the Evolution Level of Logistics Systems in Large Industries(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

To improve the operation level of the companies tailored to industry 4.0 it is necessary to develop logistics system. In order to develop the logistics level, the first step is to measure the growth and evolution of all logistics process. For measuring the evolution and growth of the logistics system (LS), the processes and components of the logistics system and then the evolution level should be determined, at the end their level of evolution should be measured for each firms. The purpose of this paper is to determine the evolution level of the LS in the large industries of Iran. The research method is descriptive - applied and Data were gathered in two steps. First utilizing interviews with logistics experts for identifying the logistics process and components. Second step was data collection by check list in local visits and direct observation in firms. Checklist was completed in group sessions with the help of managers and experts in each firm. Using the mean of the logistics components and degree of adoptive (DOA) technique, evolution of LS was measured in industries. Results shown that firms with heavy products have little progress in the evolution of logistics compared to other firms and also the firms that have automatic production system will growth in logistic evolution better than others especially in intra-logistics and material handling. The method and result of this paper can be seen as a roadmap for managers and organizations and they will plan development and evolution of logistics processes.
The Relationship between Verb Comprehension and Verb Production among Non-Native Persian Learners Based on Systematic Functional Approach(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This research has been done to investigate the relationship between verb comprehension and verb production of Persian learners in Persian language writing as a second language, based on the processes of ideational metafunction in Halliday’s systemic functional grammar. The statistical population was the Persian learners of the international center of teaching Persian to non-Persian speakers in Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. The data collection method was based on field study and random sampling method. The data were gathered through tests, interviews and essays which were divided into two parts: verb comprehension and verb production. The results of the tests were analyzed for verb comprehension, while the outputs of compositions were used in verb production. The collected data then were analyzed by SPSS. The results indicated that there was a positive correlation between comprehension and verb production of mental process at elementary levels. On the other hand, no correlation was found between Persian learners’ verb comprehension and verb production at intermediate level. Furthermore, there was a negative correlation between comprehension and production of the behavioral process at intermediate level and the comprehension and production of the material process at the advanced level. This showed the effect of three factors on creating a positive and negative correlation between processes in foreign Persian learners: 1) the objectivity and subjectivity of processes, 2) the versatility of processes, 3) Persian learners’ language level.
