در دنیای امروز لازمه ی تداوم فعالیتها و حفظ قدرت رقابتی توجه به مشتریان می باشد که به دلیل ارتباط مستقیمی که با اقدامات سازمان دارند،منبع ارزشمندی برای فرصتها و تهدیدات و سوالات عملیاتی مرتبط با صنعت مربوطه هستند. مدیریت ارتباط با مشتریان تلاش سازمانی در جهت به دست آوردن و حفظ مشتری است، مشتریان هسته یک کسب وکار هستند و موفقیت یک شرکت به مدیریت موثر روابط با آنان وابسته است. مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری بر ساختن روابط بلند مدت و با ثبات که بر ارزش مشتری و شرکت می افزاید، تمرکز می نماید. مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری استراتژی است که برای کسب آگاهی بیشتر در مورد نیازها و رفتار مشتریان و ارتباط بیشتر با آنان استفاده می شود. روابط خوب با مشتری رمز موفقیت در کسب و کار است. روشی جهت شناسایی مشتریان و راضی نگه داشتن و تبدیل آنها به مشتریان همیشگی است و شناخت درست و حفظ مشتریان از عوامل اثر گذار در دنیای رقابت امروز می باشد. هدف این مقاله بررسی تاثیر مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری(CRM)بر عملکرد مالی کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط SMEs)) می باشد. در این مقاله برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از روش کتابخانه ای و جستجو از طریق منابع الکترونیک به منظور بررسی ادبیات موضوع ، پیشینه تحقیق، پرداخته شده و در ادامه نیز روش پژوهش و نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها بیان شده است. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که مدیریت رابطه با مشتری(CRM) بر عملکرد مالی کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط SMEs )) تاثیر مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد.
The Effect of Economic Growth Rate Uncertainty on Financing Small and Medium Enterprises in Iran(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Today, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a key role in both developing and developed economies. However, the uncertainty of macroeconomic indicators, such as economic growth, may affect financing and investment of the SMEs in an economy. The present study explores the effect of the economic growth rate uncertainty on financing SMEs in Iran. To this end, the study has applied the Brownian motion approach to calculate the uncertainty of the economic growth rate. The study has also considered relevant data of the Iranian SMEs compiled by the Comprehensive Database of All Listed Companies (CODAL). We have examined the SMEs with less than 100 employees throughout 2011-2017. The empirical results show that the effect of the economic growth rate uncertainty on the selected Iranian SMEs financing has been negative and statistically significant, while it seems an effective challenge to such firms in order to finance their productive investment. Internationalization of SMEs and Their Income-Price Effects on Export Market: a Case of the Selected Asian Countries(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

International trade causes that markets to become more competitive and small-medium sized enterprises (SMEs) learn to compete effectively within this increasingly competitive global market place. SMEs are able to take advantage of increased opportunities in domestic markets that follow from international trade. It is indeed a way for internationalization of SMEs. This paper analyzes income and price elasticities of the export model which has been specified for export market of SMEs in the selected Asian countries. The estimated elasticities revealed the responsiveness of exporting goods supplied by the SMEs in these countries with respect to changes in different incomes and relative export price. Accordingly, we estimate an export regression model (including demand and supply equations) based on the cross-sectional observations of the selected Asian countries including China, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, the Philippines, Vietnam and Pakistan over the period 1990-2008. We have found that price and income elasticities are statistically significant and have the expected signs. The implication of our findings is that price and income are appropriate determinants for international trade expanded by Asian SMEs. JEL Classification: C23, F14, O47, P42
Designing Total Interpretive Structural Model of Entrepreneurial Orientation(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The purpose of this research is designing an Total Interpretive/Structural Model for the Entrepreneurial Orientation of SEM Subsidiary Oil. In this qualitative and quantitative methodology, five university experts in the field of entrepreneurship participated in the meta-analysis and Delphi field to identify the research components and propositions from the same research and then to reach competence. The identified component theory and propositions were analyzed by Delphi analysis. In the quantitative part, with the participation of 25 managers of SMEs Subsidiary Oil Subsidiary Oil and using matrix questionnaires, the identified propositions were stratified into a range of most influential propositions to the least effective ones. The results in the qualitative analysis section illustrate the existence of 3 main components in the form of the 15 final statement based on theoretical adequacy and are quantitatively identified; (X4) As Entrepreneurial Tendency Component Propositions at the Level of Information Technology Capabilities and Proposals to Change Traditional Warehousing (X7); Agile Production by Scale-Saving (X8); and Cost Control through Timely Evaluation of Machinery Depreciation (X9) Entrepreneurial at the competitive level The most influential causes in the oriented SMEs Subsidiary Oil Technologically are the entrepreneurial businesses.
Influence Strategies and Social Mechanisms in Promoting Manufacturer Flexibility(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This study explores the use of influence strategies and social mechanisms by the manufacturer to achieve supplier flexibility. Major components of marketing research of previous studies related to influence strategies and measures flexibility in the supply chain context are used. This empirical study utilized 300 survey samples from senior management at Small Medium Enterprises (SME)s. Results show that using influence strategies has positive effects on supplier mix flexibility. Furthermore, the effects of trust on shared vision is positive on manufacturer flexibility.
Top Benefits and Hindrances to Cloud Computing Adoption in Saudi Arabia: A Brief Study(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Cloud computing is an emerging concept of information technology that in many countries has an influence on many companies. The research was conducted to evaluate cloud computing adoption in Saudi Arabia; Benefits and hindrances for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The qualitative research approach is performed by interviews with the management of a variety of SMEs active in the information and communication technology (ICT) industry. This paper illustrates a significant positive correlation between the use of cloud computing and organizational quality performances. The paper concluded that the knowledge level of SMEs on the accessibility of cloud services is below average scale. The greatest challenges about the cloud service are privacy and security in the cloud among providers and users for the Saudi Arabian firms.
Factors Affecting the Adoption of Digital Transformation among SME’s in Malaysia(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Digital Transformation has not been foreign to people in emerging economic growth, especially SME entrepreneurs in developing countries such as Malaysia. Digital transformation adoption is a way for an enterprise to improve the use of technology in a better way. But as the digital revolution has been evolving, there are still a few entrepreneurs who neglect it. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the factors affecting the adoption which is (competitive pressure, technology advancement, cost minimization, and environmental influence) on digital transformation adoption among SMEs in Malaysia. The relationship also consists of a moderating effect which is environment shock (pandemic covid-19) between the independent variable and dependent variable. The study also provides some knowledge for a deeper understanding of digital transformation and a guide to all SME entrepreneurs and others.
تاثیر قابلیت های نوآوری محصول، هوشمندی بازار، قیمت گذاری و ارتباطات بازاریابی بر مزیت رقابتی و عملکرد بین المللی کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسطِ استان هرمزگان(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر قابلیت های نوآوری محصول، هوشمندی بازار، قیمت گذاری و ارتباطات بازاریابی بر مزیت رقابتی و عملکرد بین المللی کسب وکارهای کوچک و متوسطِ استان هرمزگان انجام شده است. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی و پیمایشی و با ابزار پرسشنامه طی عملیات میدانی اطلاعات اولیه جمع آوری شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران، کارشناسان و صاحبان شرکت های کوچک و متوسط استان هرمزگان می باشد. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و بدلیل نامعلوم و نامحدود بودن اندازه جامعه، تعداد 384 نفر نمونه آماری با روش تصادفی انتخاب و داده های مورد نیاز برای آزمون فرضیات گردآوری شده است. تحلیل همزمان روابط بین سازه های تحقیق و اعتبارسنجی مدل پیشنهادی با روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفته است. نتایج نشان داد که چهار قابلیت مورد بررسی به مزیت رقابتی منجر می شوند و مزیت رقابتی به عنوان واسطه ای بین قابلیت ها و عملکرد بین المللی SMEs عمل می کند. البته، قابلیت های هوش تجاری، نوآوری محصول و ارتباطات بازاریابی برای عملکرد مطلوب در بازارهای بین المللی کافی نبوده و همزمان با ارتقای این قابلیت ها برای مزیت رقابتی، شرکت های صادراتی نباید از قابلیت قیمت گذاری خود غفلت نمایند. بهبود مستمّر فرآیندها همراه با کنترل هزینه ها و حذف فعالیت های زاید می تواند روش هایی برای ارتقای توانمندی قیمت گذاری و مزیت قیمت پائین باشد. نتایج این پژوهش می تواند برای شرکت های کوچک و متوسط و استارت آپ ها برای شناسایی و بهره برداری از فرصت ها در بازارهای خارجی مفید باشد.
Adoption and Implementation of Emerging Technologies in SMEs: Insights from Semi-Structured Interviews with Founders

This study aims to explore the adoption and implementation of emerging technologies in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). By understanding the motivations, challenges, benefits, and future plans of SME founders, this research provides insights into how these businesses leverage technology to enhance their competitiveness and operational efficiency. The study employed a qualitative research design, utilizing semi-structured interviews with 25 founders of SMEs across various industries. Participants were selected using purposive sampling to ensure diverse representation. Data collection continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. The interview data were transcribed and analyzed using NVivo software, following a thematic approach to identify key themes and insights related to technology adoption and implementation in SMEs. The study identified several motivations for technology adoption, including competitive advantage, cost efficiency, customer demand, innovation drive, and growth opportunities. Key challenges faced by SMEs included financial constraints, technical difficulties, resistance to change, regulatory and compliance issues, knowledge gaps, vendor dependence, and time constraints. The benefits realized from technology adoption encompassed improved operational efficiency, enhanced customer satisfaction, revenue growth, better data analytics, increased employee productivity, and greater market adaptability. Future plans of SMEs included continued investment in technology, scaling up implementation, focusing on employee training and development, forming strategic partnerships, enhancing cybersecurity measures, and improving customer engagement. The adoption and implementation of emerging technologies present significant opportunities for SMEs to enhance their competitiveness and operational efficiency. However, SMEs must navigate various challenges to realize these benefits. By adopting a strategic approach and leveraging external partnerships, SMEs can successfully implement new technologies and drive sustainable growth. This study provides valuable insights into the experiences of SME founders, informing both practice and policy in the context of technological advancement in small and medium-sized enterprises.
