چکیده
چکیده استفاده از چارچوب نظریه های روابط بین الملل همواره یکی از راه های تبیین و تشریح رویدادهای بین المللی بوده است. توافق موسوم به برجام – فارغ از کیفیت اجرای آن- یکی از نقاط عطف دیپلماسی در سال های اخیر بوده که قدرت های بزرگ تحت عنوان پنج بعلاوه یک (اعضای دائم شورای امنیت بعلاوه آلمان) موفق شدند پرونده هسته ای ایران را به سرانجام برسانند.اهمیت موضوع، طولانی بودن مذاکرات، پیچیدگی های منطقه ای و جهانی آن، حضور یک کشور منطقه ای در بین قدرت های بزرگ و سایر مولفه ها، نشان از اهمیت موضوع و نیز بی بدیل بودن آن داشته که بررسی آن از نظرگاه های مختلف می تواند موضوع پژوهش های گوناگون باشد. در این پژوهش، نویسنده تلاش کرده است با استفاده از چارچوب نظریه نهادگرایی نئولیبرال به پاسح این سوال بپردازد که آیا این نظریه توانایی تحلیل سیر تکوین برجام را دارد؟ فرضیه تحقیق نیز حکایت از تبیین برجام بر اساس مفروضه های نهادگرایی نئولیبرال دارد لذا در پایان نتیجه گیری شده که این نظریه توانایی تشریح و تبیین سیر تحول و شکل گیری برجام را به خوبی دارد. روش پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده که از منابع مختلف کتابخانه ای و الکترونیکی نیز بهره گرفته شده است."JCPOA" Nuclear Diplomacy Based on Neoliberal Institutionalism Theory
Using the framework of international relations theories has always been one of the ways to explain and describe international events. The agreement known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) - regardless of the quality of its implementation - has been one of the turning points of diplomacy in recent years, when the great powers under the title of the Five Plus One (permanent members of the Security Council plus Germany) succeeded in bringing the Iranian nuclear file to a conclusion. The importance of the issue, the length of the negotiations, its regional and global complexities, the presence of a regional country among the great powers, and other components indicate the importance of the issue and its uniqueness, and examining it from different perspectives can be the subject of various studies. In this study, the author has tried to answer the question using the framework of neoliberal institutionalism theory whether this theory has the ability to analyze the development of the JCPOA? The research hypothesis also indicates that the JCPOA is explained based on the assumptions of neoliberal institutionalism. Therefore, in the end, it is concluded that this theory has the ability to explain and explain the development and formation of the JCPOA well. The research method was descriptive-analytical, using various library and electronic resources
