چکیده
پدیده شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان اگرچه از نظر امیدآفرینی در نسل جوان و تحصیل‌کرده، رفع برخی گلوگاه‌های تحریمی در صنایع راهبردی کشور مثل نفت و نیرو و کمک به مواجهه بهتر با بحران کرونا توانسته است جایگاه مناسبی را در عرصه سیاست‌های توسعه کشور به دست آورد اما از منظر ایفای نقش جدی در اقتصاد کشور همچنان با تردیدهایی روبرو است. این سوال جدی در ذهن سیاست‌گذاران و مدیران کلان کشور وجود دارد که شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان در چه بازه زمانی و چگونه می‌توانند به گذار اقتصاد کشور از مرحله «اقتصاد مبتنی بر خام‌فروشی و منبع‌محوری» به مرحله «اقتصاد مبتنی بر نوآوری» کمک نمایند. نویسنده در این نوشتار تلاش کرده‌است تا براساس دو دهه تجربه زیسته‌یِ خود در زیست‌بوم علم، فناوری و نوآوری کشور به این سوال مهم پاسخ دهد.How Knowledge-based Companies Can Play a Key Role in Iran’s Economy; History and Requirements
The phenomenon of knowledge-based companies, although in terms of creating hope in the young and educated generation, removing some of the bottlenecks of sanctions in the country's strategic industries such as oil and power, and helping to better face the Corona crisis, has been able to gain a suitable position in the field of the country's development policies, but it still faces doubts from the perspective of playing a serious role in the country's economy. There is a serious question in the minds of policymakers and senior managers of the country: in what timeframe and how can knowledge-based companies help the country's economy transition from the stage of a "resource-based economy" to the stage of an "innovation economy". In this article, the author has tried to answer this important question based on his two decades of experience in the science, technology and innovation ecosystem of the country.
