چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تلاش علمی این پژوهش ناظر بر مطالعه امنیت اجتماعی به عنوان یک پدیده مهم در متن اسناد بالادستی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است تا از این طریق فهم بهتری از امنیت اجتماعی، اهمیت و ضرورت آن به دست آید. هدف اصلی پژوهش آن است تا جایگاه مفهوم امنیت اجتماعی در اسناد بالادستی جمهوری اسلامی ایران مورد تبیین قرار گیرد.روش: روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحلیل مضمون است. داده های پژوهش داده های متنی شامل اسناد و سیاست های بالادستی نظام هستند که به صورت کدگذاری باز و محوری پدیده امنیت اجتماعی را شناسایی و دسته بندی کرده است. روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و از اسناد تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافته است.یافته ها: در مجموع هجده مضمون پایه از متن اسناد بالادستی استخراج شد که از این میان تعدادی از آن ها چند مرتبه در اسناد مورد اشاره قرار گرفتند و نیز صد و ده مرتبه ابعاد و مؤلفه های امنیت اجتماعی در اسناد بالادستی ذکر شده است.نتیجه گیری: از حیث ذکر مؤلفه های امنیت اجتماعی می توان اشاره داشت که مبارزه با مواد مخدر، دریافتن امنیت اجتماعی، مقابله با اعتیاد، مصاف با مفاسد اجتماعی، جلوگیری از وقوع جرم، ترقی امنیت اجتماعی، جبران ناسازگاری اجتماعی، مقابله با خشونت، کاهش طلاق، کاهش حاشیه نشینی، کاهش کودکان کار، مبارزه با مفاسد اخلاقی، توجه به امنیت اجتماعی، جلوگیری از کاهش جمعیت، مبارزه با دخانیات، مقابله با تکدی گری، مبارزه با قاچاق کالا و نهادینه شدن امنیت اجتماعی ابعاد و مؤلفه های امنیت اجتماعی در اسناد بالادستی هستند.Investigating the concept of social security in the upstream documents of the Islamic Republic of Iran
Background and purpose: The scientific effort of this article is to study social security as an important phenomenon in the text of the upstream documents of the Islamic Republic of Iran in order to obtain a better understanding of social security, its importance and necessity. The main goal of the research is to clarify the position of the concept of social security in the upstream documents of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in addition to trying to solve the existing research gap.Research method: The method used in the current research is thematic analysis. The research data, textual data, includes documents and policies of the upper system, which has identified and categorized the phenomenon of social security in the form of open and central coding. The purposeful sampling method has been continued from the documents until reaching theoretical saturation.Findings: In total, eighteen basic themes were extracted from the text of the upstream documents, among which some of them were mentioned several times in the documents, and the dimensions and components of social security were mentioned 110 times in the upstream documents.Conclusion: In terms of mentioning the components of social security, it can be mentioned that the fight against drugs, realizing social security, dealing with addiction, dealing with social corruption, preventing crime, promoting social security, compensating for social incompatibility, dealing with violence, Reducing divorce, reducing marginalization, reducing working children, fighting moral corruption, paying attention to social security, preventing population decline, fighting tobacco, fighting begging, fighting goods smuggling and institutionalizing social security dimensions and components of social security They are in the upstream documents.
