بررسی نقش اشتغال و تحصیلات زنان بر رشد اقتصادی ایران (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
فرایند پیچیده توسعه و نقش منابع انسانی، به مثابه یکی از عوامل اصلی آن، نیازمند بازنگری در نقش نیروی انسانی به خصوص نقش زنان است که نیمی از جمعیت جهان را تشکیل می دهند. در سال های اخیر، جهان شاهد پدیده اجتماعی اقتصادی جدیدی به نام مشارکت زنان در بازار کار بوده است. قدرت دادن به زنان و برداشتن موانع از سر راه آنان باعث بهبود وضعیت سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی آن ها در جامعه می شود که این جریان می تواند زمینه ساز رشد و توسعه پایدار باشد. در این مقاله، ارتباط بین متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر رشد اقتصادی ایران طی دوره 1380 1393 با تأکید بر نقش اشتغال و تحصیلات زنان بررسی شده است. سپس با استفاده از الگوریتم جست وجوی گرانشی (GSA) و الگوریتم بهینه سازی کرم شب تاب (FA)، به برآورد تابع رشد و توسعه اقتصادی کشور در قالب معادلات غیرخطی با تأکید بر نرخ مشارکت اقتصادی زنان و سطح تحصیلات آنان پرداخته شده است. نتایج مطالعه حاکی از آن است که افزایش نرخ مشارکت اقتصادی زنان در بازار کار تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تولید ناخالص داخلی کشور داشته و افزایش میزان تحصیلات آنان در قالب متغیر تقاطعی بر نرخ مشارکت اقتصادی زنان و در نهایت تولید ناخالص داخلی کشور تأثیر مثبت داشته است. بنابراین، پیشنهاد می شود که اقدامات مقتضی برای رفع تبعیض علیه زنان در زمینه اشتغال انجام گیرد.Investigating the role of employment and education of women on economic growth in Iran: Gravitational search algorithm and Firefly algorithm approach
To enrich the complex process of development and the role of human resources as one of its main factors, it is essential to review the role of the human resources, especially the role of women, who constitute half of the world population. In recent years, the new socio-economic phenomenon of the female participation in the labor market has emerged. Empowering women and removing the obstacles improve the political, social and economic conditions of the society, as it brings about the sustainable growth and development. The present paper gives an analysis on the relationship between the variables affecting economic growth during the period 1380- 1393, with emphasis on the role of employment and education of women. Then, by using the Gravitational Search Algorithm (GSA) and Firefly Algorithm (FA), the economic development of the country is estimated in the form of non-linear equations with emphasis on the rate of the economic participation of women and their education. The findings indicate that increasing rate of women's economic participation in the labor market has a positive and significant impact on the country's GDP as the growth of the literacy level in form of an intersection variable has a positive impact on the rate of the women's economic participation and as a whole on GDP.
