ضرورت بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی برپایه آسیب شناسی گام اول

چکیده
یکی از رخدادهایی که باعث گردید تغییرات شگرفی در منطقه و جهان بوجود آید و سرمنشأ بسیاری از تغییر رویکردها و دیدگاه ها در حوزه مسائل دینی و سیاسی بویژه در دنیای اسلام شود، پدیده انقلاب اسلامی ایران بود. باتوجه به ماهیت و اهداف این حرکت سیاسی، بسیاری از موانع در داخل و خارج کشور، درصدد آسیب رسانی و تضعیف مؤلفه های ساختاری آن برآمدند که تاکنون باوجود همه اقدامات، گزندی به اهداف انقلاب وارد نشده است. پس از گذشته بیش از چهار دهه از عمر نظام، رهبر جمهوری اسلامی، بیانه ای را تحت عنوان گام دوم مطرح نمودند. باتوجه به جایگاه شرعی و حقوقی، همچنین شناخت کامل ایشان از چگونگی و چرایی ایجاد تحولات در طول این دوره، لذا واکاوی اهداف این بیانیه از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. پرداختن به این مهم که دارای ابعاد چندگانه و چندوجهی می باشد، کاری بسیار مهمی تلقی می گردد. لذا تلاش شده است در این مقاله با بررسی یکی از ابعاد در قالب آسیب شناسی تحولات چهار دهه اول (گام اول) به ضرورت انتشار این بیانیه پرداخته شود. روش پژوهش استفاده شده در مقاله پیش رو بصورت تحلیل محتوی و اسنادی است. درنهایت، یافته ها نشان می دهد که در طول دوره چهل ساله عمر انقلاب اسلامی، باتوجه به تحلیل روندها، به چالش های عمده در سه سطح داخلی، منطقه ای و بین المللی می توان دست یافت. لذا برای دستیابی به اهداف واقعی این سند مهم انقلابی، شناخت و چرایی ریشه های تاریخی آن از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار استThe Necessity of the Declaration of the Second Step of the Islamic Revolution based on the Pathology of the First Step
One of the events that caused tremendous changes in the region and the world and became the source of many changes in approaches and views in the field of religious and political issues, especially in the Islamic world, was the phenomenon of the Islamic Revolution of Iran. According to the nature and goals of this political movement, many obstacles inside and outside the country tried to damage and weaken its structural components, which so far, despite all measures, did not harm the goals of the revolution. After more than four decades of Nizam's life, the leader of the Islamic Republic made a statement under the title of the second step. Considering the Shari'a and legal status, as well as their complete understanding of how and why changes were made during this period, therefore, analyzing the goals of this statement is of great importance. Dealing with this issue, which has multiple and multifaceted dimensions, is considered a very important task. Therefore, in this article, an attempt has been made to examine one of the dimensions in the form of the pathology of the developments of the first four decades (the first step) to discuss the necessity of publishing this statement. The research method used in the upcoming article is content and document analysis. Finally, the findings show that during the forty-year period of the Islamic Revolution, according to the analysis of the trends, major challenges can be achieved at three domestic, regional and international levels.
