ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه رفتارهای مخرب کلاسی

چکیده
رفتارهای مخرب کلاسی، یکی از موضوعات مورد توجه بسیاری از صاحبنظران بوده است و تاکنون در مورد آن تحقیقات بین المللی کمتری صورت گرفته است، بنابراین، برای شناخت بهتر آن به ابزارهای مناسبی مورد نیاز است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، بررسی ساختار عاملی، پایایی و روایی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته رفتارهای مخرب کلاسی در بین دانشجویان است. کلیه اساتید هیئت علمی و حق التدریس دانشگاه پیام نور اهواز در سال تحصیلی 1397، جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر را تشکیل داده بوده اند که از بین آنان 120 نفر (87 مرد و 33 زن) به صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند. روش تحقیق توصیفی– اکتشافی است و داده ها با کمک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته به دست آمد و برای تجزیه و تحلیل آن ها، از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی استفاده شد. تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان داد پرسشنامه رفتارهای مخرب کلاسی از 11 ماده تک عاملی تشکیل شده و از پایایی و روایی نسبتاً خوبی برخوردار است. با توجه به اینکه پرسشنامه محقق ساخته تحقیق حاضر از نوع خود جدید است، بنابراین، به پژوهشگران علاقمند به رفتارهای مخرب کلاسی پیشنهاد می شود از این ابزار استفاده کنند.Construction and Validation of Classroom Destructive Behaviors Questionnaire
Classroom destructive behaviors have been one of the topics of concern for many experts and so far less international research has been done on it, so to understand it better, appropriate tools are needed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the factor structure, reliability and validity of the researcher-made questionnaire of classroom destructive behaviors among students. All faculty and teaching professors of Payame Noor University of Ahvaz in the academic year 2018, have formed the statistical population of the present study, from which 120 people (87 men and 33 women) were selected voluntarily. The research method is descriptive-exploratory and the data were obtained with the help of a researcher-made questionnaire and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyze them. Exploratory factor analysis showed that the classroom destructive behavior questionnaire consists of 11 single-factor items and has relatively good reliability and validity. Due to the fact that the researcher-made questionnaire of the present study is new in its kind, therefore, researchers interested in discussing classroom destructive behaviors are recommended to use this tool.
