چکیده
جنگ از مهم ترین عرصه هایی است که انسان ها، در مواجهه با آن از اخلاق و سرشت انسانی فاصله گرفته و ارزش های اخلاقی را نادیده می گیرند. نظریه های اخلاق جنگ با ارائه اصول و قواعد ناظر به مسائل مختلف جنگ، سعی در کاهش آسیب های ناشی از جنگ دارند. از سوی دیگر، بخش مهمی از تعالیم دین اسلام را آموزه های اخلاقی تشکیل می دهد. در صدر اسلام نیز پیامبرخدا(ص) و مسلمانان با پدیده جنگ مواجه بودند؛ به گونه ای که آیات قرآن کریم و روایات بسیاری بر چگونگی آداب جنگ و شیوه نبرد با دشمنان وجود دارد. اما با این وجود ساختار و هندسه ی منسجم و معناداری از این آموزه ها ارائه نشده است. این نوشتار با کاربست روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی درصدد پاسخ به این سؤال است: «الگوی اخلاق جنگ در سیره ی سیاسی پیامبرخدا(ص) چیست؟» یافته های پژوهش حاکی از جریان داشتن اخلاق در ساحت های مختلف زندگی انسان ازجمله جنگ است. ، الگوی برخاسته از سیره پیامبرخدا(ص) نگاهی هدایت محور، سعادت طلب و صیانت گرا به جنگ داشته و با ارائه اصول اخلاقی در پنج محور راهبرد جنگ ، تاکتیک جنگ، شایستگی های رزمندگان، شیوه رفتار بااسیران و رفتار با اموال و محیط زیست، هدایت و سعادت انسان و صیانت از کرامت، جان، مال و محیط زیست او را تأمین می کند.The conceptual model of the ethics of war in the political life of the great prophet (pbuh)
War is one of the most important areas in which people, when faced with it, distance themselves from ethics and human nature and ignore moral values. The theories of the ethics of war try to reduce the damage caused by war by providing principles and rules related to various issues of war. On the other hand, moral teachings form an important part of Islamic teachings. At the beginning of Islam, the Prophet of God (PBUH) and Muslims faced the phenomenon of war; In such a way that there are verses of the Holy Qur'an and many narrations on the manners of war and the way of fighting with enemies. However, a coherent and meaningful structure and geometry of these teachings has not been presented. Using the qualitative content analysis method, this article tries to answer the question: "What is the pattern of war ethics in the political life of the Prophet of God (PBUH)?" The findings of the research indicate that morality flows in different areas of human life, including war. , the model that arose from the life of the Prophet of God (PBUH) has a guidance-oriented, happiness-seeking and conservationist view of war and by presenting moral principles in the five axes of war strategy, war tactics, combatants' merits, how to treat prisoners and how to treat property. And the environment provides the guidance and happiness of man and the protection of his dignity, life, property and environment.
