مسائل و چالش های آموزش مجازی در نظام آموزشی (نمونه مورد مطالعه: دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهرستان ایلام)

چکیده
پژوهش پیش رو از نوع کمی و پیمایشی است که هدف آن شناسایی مشکلات کلاس مجازی در دوران کرونا در مقطع متوسطه شهرستان ایلام است. جامعه آماری شامل 7731 دانش آموز مقطع متوسطه شهرستان ایلام می باشد. روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای و احتمالی است که 2035 دانش آموز در تکمیل نمودن پرسشنامه مشارکت داشته اند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده که روایی آن با استفاده از آزمون همگرایی(AVE) استفاده شد. یافته های حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که بین مشکلات ارتباطی و نگرش منفی دانش آموزان به شرکت در کلاس های آنلاین رابطه مثبت و معنا داری وجود دارد. همچنین بین مشکلات انگیزشی و نگرش منفی دانش آموزان به شرکت در کلاس های آنلاین رابطه مثبت و معنا داری وجود دارد. این پژوهش نشان داد که مشکلات آموزشی و دستیابی به اهداف تحصیلی تاثیر مثبت و معنا داری بر بی انگیزگی دانش آموزان برای شرکت در کلاس های آنلاین دارد، مشکلات زیرساختی و نرم افزاری محیط یادگیری کلاس های آموزش آنلاین تاثیر مثبت بر مشکلات آموزشی دارند و درنهایت مشکلات ارتباطی در کلاس های آنلاین منجر به کاهش انگیزه دانش آموزان می شود.Problems and challenges of virtual education in the Education System (case study: students of the second secondary level of Ilam city)
The present research is a quantitative and survey study that aims to identify the problems of the virtual classroom during the corona in the high school of Ilam city. The statistical population includes 7731 high school students in Ilam city. The sampling method is cluster and random that 2035 students participated in completing the questionnaire. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was used using convergence test (AVE). Findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between communication problems and students' negative attitude towards participating in online classes. There is also a positive and significant relationship between motivational problems and students' negative attitudes toward participating in online classes. This study showed that educational problems and achieving academic goals have a positive and significant effect on students' motivation to participate in online classes. Infrastructure and software problems of online learning classroom learning environment have a positive effect on educational problems. Finally, communication problems in online classrooms reduce students' motivation.
