ظرفیت سنجیِ موسیقی قومی کردی به منظور ترویج فرهنگ کار و فعالیت در برنامه های رادیویی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
از جمله مباحثی که در برنامه سازی رادیو، معمولاً به آن توجه کم تری شده، اهمیتِ موسیقی در بهبود شرایط کمی و کیفی کار است. این پژوهش، در پیِ پاسخ به این پرسش است که چگونه می توان با تکیه بر موسیقیِ کارِ کُردی، از ظرفیتِ رسانه ای رادیو، در جهت ارتقای فرهنگِ کار و فعالیت بهره برد؟ این پژوهش، بر پایه آرای آلن پی مریام است که در نظریه خود، به بررسی تأثیر موسیقی بر کار پرداخته است. در این راستا، نگاهی اجمالی به قابلیت های موسیقی قومی در بهبودِ فعالیت اجتماعی شده و سپس، جایگاه موسیقی در برنامه های رادیویی بیان شده است. در ادامه، انواع موسیقی کارِ کُردی، در استان های کردستان، کرمانشاه و ایلام، تبیین و ظرفیت های موسیقی کار این نواحی برای ترویج فرهنگ کار و فعالیت، در برنامه های رادیویی ارزیابی می شود. روش این پژوهش، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و مطالعه اسنادی است. به همین منظور، با صاحب نظران حوزه موسیقیِ قومیِ استان های کردنشین و تهیه کنندگان رادیو مصاحبه صورت گرفته است. براساس نتایج، به نظر می رسد باوجود اینکه موسیقی کُردی و کار در مناطق کردنشین، کارکردی اجتماعی دارد، پیوند مناسبی میان موسیقی کار مناطق کردنشین و برنامه های رادیویی به وجود نیامده و از ظرفیتِ موسیقی کار، تنها به صورت محدود، در شبکه های رادیویی استان ها استفاده شده است. برای تقویت این پیوند، علاوه بر تبیین سیاست گذاری های مربوطه در سطح کلان، نیاز به تهیه کنندگانی آشنا به موسیقی- به ویژه موسیقی قومی کُردی- است تا با همکاریِ کارشناسان موسیقی، ترانه های کار سنتی، متناسب با دوران معاصر، بازسازی و در برنامه های رادیویی استفاده شوند.Capacity Assessment of Kurdish Folk Music to Promote the Culture of Work and Activity in Radio Programs
One of the topics less attended to in radio programming is the importance of music in improving the quality and quantity conditions of work. The present study seeks to answer the question of how the media capacity of radio can be applied to promote the culture of work and activity by relying on Kurdish work music. This research is based on the views of Alan P. Merriam who, in his theory, has dealt with the influence of music on work. Following that, a brief look is made at the capabilities of folk music in improving social activities and then, the role of music in radio programs is expressed. In the following, different types of Kurdish work music in the provinces of Kurdistan, Kermanshah and Ilam are explained and the capacities of work music in these areas to promote the culture of work and activity are evaluated in radio programs. The methods used in this research are semi-structured interview and documentary study. Based on the results, it seems that although Kurdish and work music possess a social function in Kurdish regions, there has not been created a proper link between the work music of Kurdish regions and radio programs, and the capacity of work music has been used only to a limited extent in the provincial radio stations. In order to strengthen this connection, in addition to explaining the relevant policies at macro-level, producers who are familiar with music, especially Kurdish folk music, are required so that by their collaboration with music experts, traditional work songs appropriate for the present are reconstructed and used in radio programs.
