چکیده
زمینه و هدف: یکی الزامات مهم در ایجاد و تقویت زیرساخت های هوایی فراجا، مکا ن یابی و ساخت فرودگاه و پایگاه های هوایی است. با در نظر گرفتن موقعیت راهبردی مرزهای شمال غرب کشور در همسایگی دو کشور آذربایجان و ارمنستان و عدم وجود پایگاه هوایی انتظامی در این منطقه، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی الزامات و ملاحظات مکا ن یابی پایگاه هوایی- انتظامی در منطقه مرزی ارس انجام شد.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحلیلی- تطبیقی بوده و برای شناسایی و درک الگوهای فضایی مکا ن یابی پایگاه هوایی- انتظامی از مدل های آماری گرافیک مبنا در محیط نرم افزاری آرک جی آی اس استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش در جهت شناسایی الزامات و ملاحظات ملزوم در ارتباط با مکا ن یابی فرودگاه نظامی، تمامی منابع منابع و پژوهش های داخلی و خارجی و اسناد موجود در زمینه پژوهش در بازه زمانی سال های 1385 الی 1402 است. مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش حاضر نیز 10 نفز از خبرگان نظامی و انتظامی صاحب نظر در حوزه مربوطه بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی استفاده شد. برای وزن دهی به معیارها با توجه به شرایط محلی و بومی منطقه و استانداردهای موجود از پرسش نامه مقایسه زوجی استفاده شد.یافته ها: در فرایند اجرای پژوهش 10 معیار که عبارت هستند از؛ وضعیت پستی و بلندی، وضعیت آب و هوایی، کاربری اراضی، فاصله از مراکز جمعیتی، فاصله از آبراهه رودخانه، دسترسی به شبکه ارتباطی، نزدیکی به نقاط راهبردی، فاصله از مناطق حفاظت شده، وضعیت شیب و جهت شیب، شناسایی شد.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به دستاوردها و یافته های پژوهش، برای تأمین امنیت پایدار و حفاظت از مرزها در منطقه مرزی ارس، بایستی نسبت به ایجاد پایگاه هوایی- انتظامی اقدام که با در نظر گرفتن طول مرز و امتداد آن، وجود پایگاه هوایی انتظامی برای انجام فعالیت های نظامی و انتظامی در این منطقه ضرورتی اجتناب ناپذیر است.Identifying the requirements and considerations for locating the air-police base in the border areas (case study: Aras border area)
Background and purpose: One of the important requirements in creating and strengthening the air infrastructure in Farajah is the location and construction of airports and air bases. Considering the strategic location of the northwestern borders of the country in the neighborhood of the two countries of Azerbaijan and Armenia and the absence of a law enforcement air base in this region, the present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the requirements and considerations for the location of an air-law enforcement base in the Aras border region.Methodology: The current research is analytical-comparative and to identify and understand the spatial patterns of air-police base location, graphic statistical models based on ArcGIS software environment were used. The statistical population of the research in order to identify the necessary requirements and considerations in connection with the location of the military airport, all the sources of internal and external researches and documents in the field of research in the period of 1385 to 1402. The participants in the current research were 10 military and law enforcement experts with opinions in the relevant field. Hierarchical analysis method was used to analyze the data. A paired comparison questionnaire was used to weight the criteria according to the local conditions of the region and the existing standards.Findings: In the process of carrying out the research, 10 criteria were used, which were the location and height,
