چکیده
در دنیای امروز، یکی از مهم ترین محیط های آموزشی که کودکان و نوجوانان را تحت تأثیر آموزش های خود قرار می دهد، محیط های آموزشی مجازی است و این محیط به جهت آزاد بودن آن سرشار از آموزه های متنوع است و کودکان و نوجوانان را نباید در این ورطه گسترده رها کرد. بنابراین، هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تبیین این موضوع است که در صورت آموزش کودکان و نوجوانان برای نحوه استفاده مناسب از فضای مجازی می توان از این فضا به عنوان یک قابلیت برای رسیدن به هدف پیشگیری اجتماعی از بزهکاری این گروه سنی بهره برداری کرد. این نوشتار از نظر هدف، کاربردی و با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی وبهره گیری از منابع کتابخانه ای نگارش یافته است. یافته های این پژوهش نشان می دهد که نباید کودکان و نوجوانان را در فضای مجازی رها کرد و هدایت این گروه سنی در تعامل با این فضا، ضرورتی است برای نیل به هدف پیشگیری از بزهکاری.پژوهش به این نتیجه می رسد که با ایجاد بسترهای مناسب در برخورد با امکانات و آسیب های فضای مجازی و تبدیل این محیط به یک محیط آموزشی مناسب، می توان ضمن رعایت حقوق و آزادی های کودکان و نوجوانان، از ابزار پیشگیری جامعه مدار برای اجرای اهداف خود، یعنی عدم گرایش اطفال و نوجوانان کشورمان به بزهکاری، بهترین استفاده را کرد.Community–Based Prevention of Children and Juveniles Delinquency in Virtual Educational Environments (With Emphasizing the Findings of Criminology)
In today's world, one of the most important educational environments that affect children and teenagers in their education is virtual educational environments, and this environment is full of diverse teachings due to its freedom, and children and teenagers should not be left in this vast abyss. . Therefore, the purpose of the present research is to explain that if children and teenagers are taught how to use cyber space properly, this space can be used as an ability to achieve the goal of social prevention of delinquency in this age group. This article in its purpose is practical and written using descriptive-analytical method and using library resources. The findings of this research show that children and teenagers should not be left in cyberspace and guiding this age group in interacting with this space is a necessity to achieve the goal of crime prevention.
The research comes to the conclusion that by creating suitable platforms in dealing with the possibilities and harms of cyberspace and turning this environment into a suitable educational environment, while respecting the rights and freedoms of children and adolescents, it is possible to use the social-oriented prevention tool to implement its goals, i.e. not to be biased. The children and teenagers of our country made the best use of delinquency.
