پیشگیری از جرائم کودکان با نگاهی به اسناد بین المللی؛ مطالعه موردی شیراز

چکیده
پیشگیری از جرایم به ویژه جرایم کودکان از موضوعات مهم جرم شناسی است. در این مقاله تلاش شده به بررسی پیشگیری از جرائم کودکان با نگاهی به اسناد بین المللی؛ مطالعه موردی شیراز پرداخته شود. این تحقیق به روش پیمایش انجام شده است. جامعه آماری دانشجویان رشته حقوق شهر شیراز است (255 نفر). حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 152 نفر برآورد شد. به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی بر اساس نظر خبرگان تأیید شد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بالاتر از 7/0 برآورد که بیانگر هماهنگی درونی گویه ها و تأیید پایایی است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تی تک نمونه ای با کاربرد نرم افزار spss انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد در اسناد بین المللی به بحث پیشگیری از جرم توجه شده است. در کنگره های پنج سالانه پیشگیری از جرم و عدالت کیفری سازمان ملل بر حاکمیت قانون و پیش گیری غیرکیفری از جرم از طریق مشارکت سازمان های غیردولتی و مردم تاکید می شود. بر اساس اسناد بین المللی مهمترین روش پیشگیری از جرم که بر پیشگیری از جرم کودکان بیشتر مصداق دارد.Prevention of Child Offenses Using International Instruments (Case study: Shiraz)
Prevention of offenses, especially child offenses, is a major subject of criminology. This article aimed to investigate the prevention of children crimes in Shiraz using international instruments. This article was a survey, and its statistical population consists of 255 Law students in Shiraz. The sample size was determined by the Cochran formula (152 people). A questionnaire was used to gather the data. Expert views were used to confirm the nominal and content validities. The Cronbach’s alpha was estimated to be higher than 0.7, which indicates the internal consistency of the questionnaire and a confirmation of its reliability. Data were analyzed by one-sample t-Test and SPSS software. The findings suggested that international laws have focused on crime prevention. The United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, held every five years, stresses the rule of law and non-criminal crime prevention through the participation and collaboration of NGOs and popular organizations. As international laws suggest, the most important crime prevention method which best applies to children crime prevention is non-criminal prevention based on community- and growth-oriented prevention.
