چکیده
باتوجه به پیچیدگی مسئولیت مربیگری وابعاد گسترده ایی که این حرفه دارد، نیاز می باشد افراد علاقمند به این شغل جهت پیشرفت خود، و مسئولین ورزشی جهت کسب موفقیتهای ورزشی، تلاش کنند. این تحقیق کیفی و روش آن از نوع نظریه داده بنیاد رویکرد نظام مند بوده است. مشارکت کنندگان در تحقیق را 28 نفر از صاحب نظران بسکتبال تشکیل داده اند که به صورت هدفمند و مبتنی بر اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود و جهت بررسی روایی از معیارهای اسکینر و جهت اطمینان از پایایی، از روش پایایی باز آزمون استفاده شد. جهت تحلیل داده ها از روش کدگذاری باز، محوری وگزینشی استفاده شد، جهت ممیزی پژوهش از شاخص های اعتبار، انتقال، قابلیت اعتماد و تأییدپذیری استفاده شد. یافته های این تحقیق در بخش کدگذاری باز 182 کد با فراوانی 424 واحد بود، در بخش کدگذاری محوری بیش از 50 مقوله فرعی و در مرحله بعد 11 کد احصاء شد که در سه مقوله اصلی مفاهیم راهبردهای فردی، ومفاهیم راهبردهای مدیریتی و مفاهیم راهبردهای فرهنگی و اخلاقیات قرار داده شدند. با اقتباس از نتایج تحقیق، تلاش دوسویه مربی و فدراسیون، موجب ارتقاء عملکرد مربیان و حرکت آنها درجهت پیشرفت در حرفه مربیگری می شود لذا به مربیان پیشنهاد می شود راهبردهای فردی بدست آمده در تحقیق وهمچنین به مسئولین پیشبرد امور بسکتبال نیز توصیه می شود راهبردهای مدیریتی احصاء شده را در صدر فعالیتها و وظائف خود قرار دهند و هر دو، همسو و باهم برای ارتقاء راهبردهای فرهنگی و اخلاقی تلاش کنند تا در نهایت، موجبات پیشرفت و ارتقاء مربیگری در بسکتبال را موجب شوند.Conceptual framework for strategies of progress and success of basketball coaches
Due to the complexity of coaching responsibilities and the wide range of dimensions that this profession entails, it is necessary for individuals interested in this profession to strive for self-improvement, and for sports officials to seek sporting success. This qualitative research used a theoretical data-driven approach. The participants in the study were 28 basketball experts who were purposefully and systematically selected based on theoretical saturation. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview, and for validity and reliability, the test-retest method was used. Open, axial, and selective coding methods were used to analyze the data. To evaluate the research, the validity, transferability, dependability, and confirmability criteria were used. The findings of this study included 182 open codes with a frequency of 424 units, more than 50 sub-categories in axial coding, and in the next stage, 11 codes were statistically analyzed, which were categorized into three main categories: individual strategy concepts, managerial strategy concepts, and cultural and ethical strategy concepts. Based on the results of the study, the dual efforts of coaches and federations lead to the improvement of coaches' performance and their progress in the coaching profession. Therefore, coaches are recommended to use the individual strategies obtained in the research, and sports officials are advised to prioritize the statistically analyzed managerial strategies in their activities and duties. Both parties should work together to promote cultural and ethical strategies to ultimately promote coaching in basketball.
