ارزیابی مؤلفه های موثر بر شکل گیری مدیریت استراتژیک در بهره وری ابعاد توسعه شهر

چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی مؤلفه های موثر بر شکل گیری مدیریت استراتژیک در بهره وری ابعاد توسعه شهر می باشد که به بررسی روابط شاخص های تشکیل دهنده فرایند مدیریت استراتژیک (تدوین، اجرا و ارزیابی استراتژی) و مؤلفه های ابعاد توسعه شهری پرداخته است. روش پژوهش توصیفی - همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش 322 نفر از کلیه شهروندان، مدیران و مسئولان حوزه شهری شهر اصفهان است که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای و تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده اند. اب زار جم ع آوری اطلاعات دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته م دیریت اس تراتژیک و مؤلفه های بهره وری ابعاد توسعه شهری بوده است که روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. تحلیل داده ها با روش های آمار استنباطی رگرس یون، م انوا و م دل مع ادلات س اختاری انجام گرفته است. یافته ها ن شان می دهد تدوین، اجرا و ارزی ابی استراتژی، بر محیط پایدار و جامعه شهری پایدار (از مؤلفه های بهره وری ابعاد توسعه شهر) ت أثیر دارد، درحالیکه بر مؤلفه زندگی شهری پایدار تأثیرگذار نیست. همچنین رابط ه مثب ت و معنی داری بین تدوین و ارزیابی استراتژی با کل مؤلف ه ه ای بهره وری ابعاد توسعه شهری وج ود دارد. همچنین ب ین اجرای اس تراتژی رابط ه معنی داری با کل مؤلفه های بهره وری ابعاد توسعه شهری وجود ندارد و بین هر س ه مؤلفه بهره وری ابعاد توسعه شهری، با کل مراحل فرایند مدیریت اس تراتژیک رابط ه مثب ت و معنی داری وجود دارد.Evaluation of The Factors Affecting The Formation of Strategic Management In The Productivity of City Development Dimensions
The purpose of this research is to evaluate the factors affecting the formation of strategic management in the efficiency of city development dimensions, which has investigated the relationships between the indicators that make up the strategic management process (formulation, implementation and evaluation of strategy) and the components of urban development dimensions. Descriptive research method - Correlation and the statistical population of the research is 322 people from all the citizens, managers and officials of the city of Isfahan city, who were selected using the multi-stage and simple random cluster sampling method. The data collection tool was two researcher-made questionnaires of strategic management and productivity components of urban development dimensions, and the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed. Data analysis has been done with inferential statistics methods of regression, MANOVA and structural equation model. The findings show that the development, implementation and evaluation of the strategy has an effect on the sustainable environment and sustainable urban society (one of the productivity components of the city development dimensions), while it does not affect the sustainable urban life component. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between strategy formulation and evaluation with all the productivity components of urban development dimensions. Also, there is no significant relationship between the implementation of the strategy and all the productivity components of the urban development dimensions, and there is a positive and significant relationship between all three productivity components of the urban development dimensions and all the stages of the strategic management process.
