چکیده
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی ارتباط بین مولفه های هوش سازمانی با رهبری تیمی کارکنان وزارت ورزش وجوانان جمهوری اسلامی ایران بود. که با انتخاب کلیه کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان جمهوری اسلامی ایران (N=241) به عنوان نمونه با روش توصیفی - همبستگی صورت پذیرفت. در مجموع تعداد 199 پرسشنامه عودت داده شد. به منظور دستیابی به اهداف تحقیق از پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش سازمانی آلبرشت و رهبری تیمی کیم استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه ها به تأیید متخصصان و روایی سازه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، تأیید شد. به منظور سازمان دادن، طبقه بندی و خلاصه نمودن داده های خام از آمار توصیفی، نرمال بودن داده –ها از آزمون کلموگروف – اسمیرنوف و در بخش آمار استنباطی ازضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیری استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای آماری22 spss، Amos22 انجام پذیرفت. نتایج بیانگر تأثیر مثبت و معنی دار مؤلفه های هوش سازمانی بر رهبری تیمی بود.Organizational Intelligence And Team Leadership Of Employees Of The Ministry Of Sports And Youth Of The Islamic Republic Of Iran
The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between the components of organizational intelligence and team leadership of the employees of the Ministry of Sports and the youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. which was done by selecting all the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran (N=241) as a sample with the descriptive-correlation method. A total of 199 questionnaires were returned. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the standard questionnaire of Albrecht's organizational intelligence and Kim's team leadership was used. The face and content validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by the experts and the construct validity was confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis. In order to organize, classify and summarize the raw data, descriptive statistics, normality of the data, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used in the inferential statistics section. Data analysis was done using spss22, Amos22 statistical software. The results showed a positive and significant effect of organizational intelligence components on team leadership.
