بررسی رابطه همراستایی برنامه ریزی راهبردی منابع انسانی و حاکمیت فناوری بر ارتقای عملکرد سازمان ها در آینده کوتاه و میان مدت

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر بر مبنای ارزیابی رابطه همراستایی برنامه ریزی راهبردی منابع انسانی و حاکمیت فناوری بر ارتقای عملکرد سازمان ها در آینده کوتاه و میان مدت می باشد. روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگی بوده و جامعه آماری پژوهش را مدیران ارشد، مدیران سطوح میانی، و مدیران عملیاتی 80 سازمان در تهران تشکیل می-دهند که در فرایندهای برنامه ریزی راهبردی منابع انسانی مشارکت دارند. در هر سازمان، پرسشنامه ها به روش نمونه در دسترس بین این مدیران توزیع می شود. گرد آوری اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه می باشد. روایی پرسشنامه توسط خبرگان دانشگاهی و صنعت مورد تایید قرار گرفته و پایایی ابزار با کمک آلفای کرونباخ 73/0 حاصل شده است. تحلیل های آماری داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار اس.پی.اس.اس صورت گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که همراستایی حاکمیت فناوری، پیش نیازهای ساختاری، پیش نیازهای فرهنگی و پیش نیازهای انسانی در حد زیادی بر ارتقای عملکرد سازمان در آینده کوتاه و میان مدت تأثیرگذار است.Investigating The Alignment of Human Resources Strategic Planning and Technology Governance on Improving The Performance of Organizations In The Short and Medium term
The current research is based on the evaluation of the alignment relationship of human resource strategic planning and technology governance on improving the performance of organizations in the short and medium term future. The research method is correlational and the statistical population of the research consists of senior managers, mid-level managers, and operational managers of 80 organizations in Tehran who participate in strategic human resource planning processes. In each organization, questionnaires are distributed among these managers in the available sample method. Information is collected through a questionnaireThe validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by academic and industrial experts and the reliability of the tool was achieved with Cronbach's alpha of 0.73. Statistical analysis of the collected data was done using SPSS software. The results of the research indicate that the alignment of technological governance, structural prerequisites, cultural prerequisites and human prerequisites greatly affects the improvement of the organization's performance in the short and medium term.
