حقوق و وظائف همسری و مادری زنان از دیدگاه قرآن (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
این مقاله با رویکرد تفسیر موضوعی و تحلیل مضامین آیات قرآن با استفاده از آراء مفسران به ویژه مفسران شیعه، به بررسی آن دسته از حقوق و تکالیف خانوادگی که به نقش های همسری و مادری زن مرتبط می شوند و متضمن ثبوت وظیفه ای بر عهده طرف مقابل(شوهر و فرزندان) هستند، می پردازد. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهند که قرآن کریم حقوق عاطفی، حق جنسی و حقوق مالی که شامل حق مهریه، حق نفقه و حق متعه(نحله) طلاق است را از مهم ترین حقوق زن به عنوان همسر به شمار آورده و در مقابل، حمایت عاطفی، تمکین، امانتداری و نگهداشتن عدّه را از تکالیف اختصاصی وی در قبال شوهر محسوب کرده است. همچنین حق اطاعت، حق حمایت، حق احترام و حق حضانت و شیردهی از جمله حقوق زن به عنوان مادر و وظیفه حفظ و مراقبت، تعلیم و تربیت، حمایت و نظارت از مهم ترین وظائف مادر در قبال فرزند از دیدگاه قرآن کریم هستند.The Rights and Responsibilities of Women as Wives and Mothers from Quran's View
The present paper studies the types of family rights and duties which relates partnership and maternal role of women by applying Shia interpreters' ideas and by subjective approach and analyzing the concepts of Quran Verses. The findings show that Holy Quran knows some rights as the most important rights of all women such as dowry, alimony and divorce and assigns some duties for them in return such as emotional support, obey, custody of her family and husband. Some other duties are also assigned to her as mother and wife such as obedience (of husband), respect, feeding the children, educating them, protecting and supervision their behaviors.
