چکیده
پژوهش حاضر استرس زاهای شغلی و ویژگی های شخصیتی را به عنوان پیش بین بروز علایم روان تنی در کارکنان پالایشگاه گاز بید بلند در اهواز بررسی کرده است. بر اساس بررسی پرونده پزشکی کارکنان 83 نفر که مبتلا به علایم روان تنی بودند به عنوان نمونه بیمار مشخص شدند. از میان کارکنان باقی مانده نیز 119 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و در مجموع 202 نفر به پرسشنامه اعمال منفی، مقیاس ع دم ت وازن ت لاش- پ اداش، پرسشنامه محتوای شغل، پرسشنامه تعارضات کار- خانواده، پرسشنامه عدالت سازمانی و پرسشنامه ی شخصیتی نئو (به جز گشاده ذهنی و توافق پذیری) پاسخ دادند. در این پژوهش برای تحلیل فرضیه اصلی از روش تحلیل تمیز به روش همزمان و گام به گام و در بخش اعتباریابی نیز از همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل عوامل تأییدی استفاده شد. نتایج بدست آمده از کاربرد معادله تابع ممیز، فرضیه پژوهش را تأیید کرد. به بیان دیگر از روی استرس زاهای شغلی و ویژگی های شخصیتی می توان احتمال بروز علایم روان تنی را در کارکنان پیش بینی کرد.Job Stressors and Personality Characteristics as Predictors of Psychosomatic Symptoms of the Staff of a Company in Ahwaz
The purpose of this study was to investigate job stressors and personality characteristics as the predictors of the psychosomatic symptoms of the staff of Bidboland refinery in Ahwaz. The subjects were 83 employees who were selected based on their medical files. The healthy sample consisted of 119 employees who were selected through simple random sampling. Altogether, 202 employees answered the negative act, effort-reward imbalance, job content, work-family conflict, organizational justice, and NEO personality (except openness and agreeableness) questionnaires. In order to analyze the main hypothesis, discriminant analysis using enter and stepwise methods were applied and to validate the analysis, Pearson’s correlation and confirmatory factor analysis were used. Results indicated that the discriminant equation confirmed the main hypothesis. In other words, job stressors and personality characteristics, were able to predict the probability of psychosomatic symptom increase.
