چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی شیوع مشکلات تحولی احتمالی و عوامل خطرساز مرتبط با آن در کودکان 5-2 ساله مهدهای خصوصی شهرستان تهران بود. بدین منظور والدین 228 نفر از کودکان 5-2 ساله مهدهای خصوصی که تحت نظارت سازمان بهزیستی شهرستان تهران بودند از طریق نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. از شرکت کنندگان خواسته شد تا پرسشنامه سنین و مراحل ( ASQ) را تکمیل کنند. داده های پژوهش با استفاده از شاخص های آماری خطر مطلق، نسبی، قابل انتساب و آزمون دقیق فیشر مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد در نمونه مورد مطالعه 61 کودک (24/0%) مشکوک به داشتن تأخیر در روند تحول شان بودند. همچنین یافته های پژوهش نشان داد در کودکانی که مشکوک به داشتن تأخیر در روند تحول شان بودند بین سن بالاتر کودک و تحصیلات پایین پدر با مشکلات تحولی احتمالی رابطه معنادار وجود داشت.The Prevalence of Probable Developmental Delays and Its Related Risk Factors in 2-5 Year Old Children of Private Kindergartens of Tehran
The purpose of this research was the investigation the prevalence of probable developmental delays and its related risk factors in 2-5 years children of private kindergartens in Tehran. For this reason, 228 parents of 2-5 year-old children of private kindergartens, under the supervision of the Tehran Welfare Organization, have participated in this research through multistage cluster sampling method. They completed the Ages and Stages Questionnaire ( ASQ ). Research data was analyzed by indicators such as absolute, relative, attributable risk, Fisher’s exact test. The results showed that 61 children (%0/24) have been suspected of developmental delays. The results showed that there were relationship between upper age of child and lower education of father and probable developmental difficulty.
