چکیده

نوشتار حاضر با هدف ارج نهادن به خدمات و آثار علمی و آموزشی دکتر علی علاقه بند نگارش شده است. در بخش نخست مقاله با کاربست روش زندگی نامه نویسی به حیات شخصی و تحصیلی ایشان اشاره شده و در ادامه آثار علمی وی معرفی و برخی ویژگی های آن ازجمله «توجه به اندیشه ها و نظریه های بنیادین مدیریت و کاربرد آن در عرصه مدیریت آموزشی»، «پرداختن به نیازهای جامعه علمی و تناسب محتوای کتاب ها با سرفصل های درسی مصوب»، «برخورداری از نوآوری و داشتن سهم افزایی در حوزه دانش مدیریت آموزشی» و «نگارش روان و قابل فهم مطالب بدون پرنویسی و پیچیده نویسی» تشریح شده است. در بخش دوم به کمک رویکرد پدیدارشناسانه و تجربه زیسته نگارنده از حضور در کلاس درس و مکاتبات و مراودات با ایشان برخی از خصوصیات شخصیتی، اخلاقی و علمی وی توصیف شده است. بارزترین ویژگی علمی علاقه بند، دانش و شناخت عمیق از بنیان های نظری مدیریت آموزشی و مهم ترین خصوصیت های اخلاقی وی، مناعت طبع، صراحت لهجه، صداقت در عمل و دوری جستن از امور دنیوی بود. علاقه بند نمونه ای از معلم تراز دانشگاه ایرانی و استادی بی جانشین در حوزه مدیریت آموزشی بود که سراسر عمر پرثمر خود را در راستای نگارش کتاب های طبقه بندی شده و ماندگار در رشته مدیریت آموزشی و اعتلای جایگاه علمی این حوزه در نظام دانشگاهی کشور صرف کرد. بهره گیری از دیدگاه های وی که در مقاله حاضر به آن اشاره شده، می تواند گره گشای بخشی از مشکلات نظام مدیریت آموزشی کشور باشد.

At the Apex of the Principles: A Reflection on the Life and Academic Services of Dr. Ali Alagheband

The present article has been written with the aim of honoring the services and educational achievements of Dr. Ali Alagheband. In the first part, using biography method, his personal and academic life and scientific works are described. Later his publications are introduced following some of their highlights such as "Paying attention to the main theories of management and their applications in the field of educational administration", "Addressing the needs of the scientific community and the corresponding contents with the approved curricula", "Having innovation and growing contributions in the field of educational administration knowledge" and " Fluent and comprehensive writing" are explained. In the second part, with the help of the phenomenological and lived experience approach of the author from attending the classroom and interactions with Alagheband, some of his personality traits, morals and scientific characteristics are described. The most prominent scientific characteristics of Alagheband were his deep knowledge and perception of the theoretical foundations of educational administration and his most important moral characteristics were self-respect, magnanimity, Outspokenness, Integrity as well as his disinterest towards materialistic facets. He was a true example of high level Iranian University teacher and a unique and an invaluable professor in the field of educational administration who spent his entire life writing well-classified and indelible books in the field of educational administration and promoting the scientific position of this field in Iranian academic system. Utilizing his point of view which is mentioned in this article could help to solve some of the major problems of the educational administration system in Iran. In the second part, with the help of the phenomenological and lived experience approach of the author from attending the classroom and interactions with Alagheband, some of his personality traits, morals and scientific characteristics are described.
