چکیده
انجام هر نوع پروژه توسعه شهری از سوی مدیریت شهری می تواند اثرات متفاوتی بر هویت یابی و امنیت فضاهای شهری داشته باشد. یکی از سازوکارهای جدید برای کاهش تبعات و تقویت اثرات مثبت پروژه های شهری و هویت یابی فضاهای شهری، تهیه و استفاده از پیوست اجتماعی- فرهنگی (اتاف) است. این پژوهش به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی، با هدف بررسی و ارزیابی تأثیرات اجتماعی فرهنگی اجرای پروژه ها بر هویت یابی فضاها و امنیت شهری است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات به دو صورت میدانی و کتابخانه ای است. جامعه آماری آن محلات دو منطقه 6 و 12 کلانشهر تهران است. حجم نمونه براساس فرمول کوکران به تعداد 232 نفر انتخاب شده است. در تحلیل داده ها، از آزمون test-t و رگرسیون خطی استفاده شده است. نتیجه پژوهش گویای آن است که عملکرد مدیریت شهری بصورت مستقیم در هویت یابی فضاهای شهری و امنیت آن تأثیرگذار است و عامل فرهنگی نسبت به عامل اجتماعی، بیشترین تأثیر را بر هویت فضاهای شهری و امنیت داشته و زمینه را برای ارتقای سطح رفاه، کیفیت زندگی شهروندان وهمچنین ایجاد محیطی سالم و امن فراهم آورده است.The Role of Urban Management in Identification and Security of Urban Spaces with Emphasis on Socio-Cultural Annex (Case Study: Neighborhoods of Districts 6 and 12 of Tehran Metropolis)
Execution of any type of urban development project by urban management can have different effects on the identification and security of urban spaces. One of the new mechanisms to reduce the consequences and strengthen the positive effects of urban projects and the identification of urban spaces is the preparation and use of socio-cultural attachment (ATAF). This research is descriptive-analytical with the aim of investigating and evaluating the socio-cultural effects of project implementation on the identification of spaces and urban security. The method of data collection is both field and library. The statistical population of those neighborhoods is two districts 6 and 12 of Tehran metropolis. The sample size was selected based on Cochran's formula to 232 people. In data analysis, test-t test and linear regression were used. The result of the study shows that the performance of urban management is directly effective in identifying urban spaces and its security, and the cultural factor compared to the social factor, has the greatest impact on the identity of urban spaces and improving the welfare and quality of life of citizens. It also provides a healthy and safe environment.
