چکیده
هدف از انجام پژوهش شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف بوم گردی ، بررسی وضعیت اقامتگاههای بوم گردی و تعیین مناطق بومی گردی در شهرستان ملایر می باشد. پژوهش کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش کار، پژوهش توصیفی – تحلیلی خواهد بود. استفاده از اسناد، مدارک و گزارش ها و بخشی دیگر از طریق تحلیل سوات و بررسی نقات قوت و ضعف آن جمع آوری گردیده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل در بستر مطالعات میدانی از تکنیکswot استفاده می شود. تهیه و تدوین قوانین و استانداردهای مناسب با صنعت بوم گردی، ارائه آموزش های لازم به فعالان بوم گردی، حمایت از سرمایه گذاران برای ورود به این حوزه و نظارت دقیق بر فعالیت اقامتگاه های بوم گردی است که حضور مسئولان ذیربط را می طلبد. توسعه اقتصاد محلی و حضور فعال بخش خصوصی در صنعت گردشگری از جمله فرصت هایی که صنعت بوم گردی می تواند پیش-روی توسعه پایدار کشور در صنعت گردشگری قرار دهد. همچنین سیاستهای اکوتوریسم در راستای توجه به حفاظت محیط زیست که میراث مشترک نسلهای امروز و فرداست، باید در عرصه های کلان اقتصادی، سیاسی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی با نگرش سیستمی و بطور یکپارچه و هماهنگ لحاظ شود و زﻣیﻨﻪ ﺳﺎزی و ﺗﺸﻮیﻖ ﻣﺮدم ﺑﻪ ﻣﺸﺎرکﺖ در ﺟﻬﺖ ایﺠﺎد اکﻮﻣﻮزه وﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪی زیﺮ ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﻫﺎ، ﺗﺠﻬیﺰات و ﺗﺴﻬیﻼت ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی و کﺴﺐ درآﻣﺪ از ایﻦ ﻃﺮیﻖ - ﺿﻤﻦ ﺑﺎزﻧﮕﺮی ﺑﻪ ﻧﻮع و ﻧﺤﻮه ی بهره ﮔیﺮی از ﻣﺸﺎرکﺖ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺮدﻣی در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ و ﺗﻬیﻪ و اﺟﺮای ﻃﺮح ﻫﺎ و ﺗﺠﻬیﺰ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ روﺳﺘﺎیی ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ را میتوان باعث بهبود بوم گردی اشاره نمود.Evaluation of Malayer County's Ecotourism Arrangements with Emphasis on Manisan Target Village Using SWOT Model
