چکیده
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی عملکرد دانشگاههای دولتی تک جنسیتی کشور بر اساس سند اسلامی شدن دانشگاهها بود که به صورت نمونه در دانشگاه حضرت معصومه(س) اجرا شد. روش: روش پژوهش، توصیفی پیمایشی و جامعه آماری آن شامل کارکنان، اساتید و دانشجویان دانشگاه حضرت معصومه(س) بود. نمونه گیری به شیوه در دسترس و تعداد نمونه 140 نفر بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها بر اساس معادلات ساختاری و آزمون تی با استفاده از نرم افزار اس.پی.اس.اس.22 و اسمارت پی.ال.اس.3 انجام شد. یافته ها: با مطالعه سند اسلامی شدن دانشگاهها، ابعاد و مؤلفه های دانشگاه اسلامی در چهار حوزه فرهنگی- تربیتی، آموزشی، پژوهشی- فنّاوری و مدیریتی استخراج شد. یافته های خاص این پژوهش نشان داد که ابعاد فرهنگی- تربیتی، آموزشی، پژوهشی- فنّاوری و مدیریتی دانشگاه حضرت معصومه(س) در وضعیت قابل قبولی قرار دارد. نتیجه گیری: همه دانشگاهها بر اساس مقیاس استخراجی در این پژوهش می توانند وضعیت خود را از نظر مؤلفه های دانشگاه اسلامی ارزیابی کنند. در خصوص دانشگاههای تک جنسیتی نیز با توجه اهمیت نقش زنان در توسعه جامعه، با تقویت ابعاد فرهنگی- تربیتی، آموزشی، پژوهشی- فنّاوری و مدیریتی در این دانشگاهها می توان اثربخشی این مؤسسات را در آموزش عالی کشور افزایش داد.A Framework of Evaluating the Performance of Unisexual Public Universities Based on the Document of Islamization of Universities (Case Study: Hazrat-e Masoumeh University)
Objectives: This present study aims to evaluate one of the public unisexual universities' performance based on the document of Islamization of universities at Hazrat-e Masoumeh University. Method: The method of this study was descriptive. The statistical population of the survey included staff, professors, and students of Hazrat-e Masoumeh University. The sampling method was convenient and the number of samples was 140 people. Data analysis was performed based on the structural equations and t-test using SPSS22 and SMART PLS3 software. Results: The characteristics of an Islamic university were extracted from the document of universities' Islamization in four fields: cultural-nurturing, educational, research-technology and management. This study's specific findings showed that the cultural-nurturing, educational, research-technological, and managerial dimensions of Hazrat-e Masoumeh University are in an acceptable situation . Conclusion: Based on the extraction scale in this study, all universities can evaluate their situation regarding these Islamic universities' components. At unisex universities, considering the importance of women's role in society's development, by strengthening the cultural-nurturing, educational, research-technological, and managerial dimensions at these universities, the growth and development of women in the scientific fields of the country are expectable.
