تحلیل مضامین اقتصادی بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب به عنوان یکی از کلیدی ترین اسناد و منابع قانون گذاری و سیاستگذاری در کشور محسوب می شود لذا فهم و تفسیر آن می تواند در ارتقای بینش مخاطبان، نقش موثری داشته باشد و سیاست-گذاران و برنامه ریزان را در تدوین سیاست های اقتصادی، فرهنگی، سیاسی و... راهنمایی کند این پژوهش به دنبال یافتن رهنمودهای اقتصادی مدّنظر مقام معظم رهبری در بیانیه گام دوم با روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است براین اساس برای یافتن مولفه های اقتصادی بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب، 43گزاره ی کلیدی مرتبط باحوزه اقتصاد از متن بیانیه احصا شد وسپس با بررسی این عبارات 21 مضمون پایه به دست آمد. با دسته بندی مضامین پایه به ۱۰ مضمون سازمان دهنده و در نهایت ۴ مضمون فراگیر دست یافتیم ، ارتباط با این مضامین فراگیر و سایر مضمون ها در قالب شبکه مضامین ترسیم شد. در بخش انتهایی نیز۴ مضمون فراگیر دستاوردهای اقتصادی انقلاب اسلامی، پیشرفت و توسعه اقتصادی، امنیت اقتصادی و چالش های اقتصادی برگرفته از مفاهیم اقتصادی بیانیه مورد بحث و مداقه قرار گرفتند. کلید واژه: بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب، اقتصاد، تحلیل مضمون، مؤلفه های اقتصادی .Analysis of economic themes Statement of the second step of the revolution
The statement of the second step of the revolution is considered as one of the key documents and sources of legislation and policy-making in the country, so its understanding and interpretation can play an effective role in expanding audience vision and assists policy makers and planners in formulating economic, cultural, political policies. This research aimed at finding economical guidelines of the Supreme Leader in the statement of the second step has been carried out via content analysis method. To find out the economical components in the statement, 43 key predicates related to economy were obtained from the statement. As a result, 21 basic themes were inferred. By categorizing the basic themes, we obtained 10 organizing themes and finally four comprehensive themes. The relationshipof these comprehensive themes and other themes was drawn in the form of a network of themes. In the final section, four comprehensive themes of the economical achievements of the Islamic Revolution, economical progress and development, economical security and economical challenges derived from the economical concepts of the statement were discussed.
