Despite nearly two decades from Agenda 21 adoption, emphasizing the design and implementation of sustainable development indicators, there is no consensus on Sustainability indicators for designing and evaluating it to be acceptable to all elites and experts around the world. Recently, the issue of Intergenerational justice in sustainable development has been of great importance. This paper addresses the identification of environmental indicators related to intergenerational justice for sustainable development. The method of this research is qualitative and with respect to the target, it is an exploratory study. The participants in this study were 18 academic and executive experts selected by purposeful and non-probable methods. Interviews were analyzed through the thematic analysis method, and later the MAXQDA software was used to display the grid. The result of this research was the identification of 43 sub-themes in the form of nine themes. The themes were natural resources, social capital, laws and regulations, spatial planning, renewable energy, environmental vulnerability, environmental health and sustainability, environmental performance, and ecological footprint.

The human population has been growing at least at the rate of 1.2% annually since 1960 reaching up to 6.4B in 2002 and more than 7.0B in 2012. In Davao City, the annual population growth rate is running at 3.22% in year 1990, at 2.41% last 2007 and recently in 2013 at 2.36%. The alarming problem we confront today is that the increase in land area for human use does not expand in proportion to population density increase. It is the aim of this study to address the future problems on land and food shortage through the efficient integration of vertical farms on mixed-use multi-storied commercial-residential buildings in Davao City in order to provide income generating condominiums and produce organic crops for residents in an urban setting. The result of the computations showed that the integration of farms to mixed-use residential-commercial buildings in Davao City is highly feasible. The gross profit is highest using gross floor area percentage ratio combination of 50:5:20 for residential, commercial and vertical farm units respectively. (i.e., 50% of the building’s gross floor area should be allotted to residential units, 5% to commercial units, and 20% to farm units). Moreover the gross profit and ROI of the 50:5:20 gross floor area ratio also generated the highest which amounted to Php 1,785,316,198.00B compared to only Php 501,045,100.00M for the typical commercial-residential buildings in five years. This research has mainly focused on the integration of hydroponics, but the inclusion of aquaponic farms in vertical structures can also be further explored.

The purpose of this study is to develop proposals for the introduction of ecological, digital, professional, innovation and social public procurements in the national strategy on E-Public Procurement Reform and the strategy of procurements on the company-customer level. The relevance of this study is due to the need to ensure the development of “smart”, sustainable, inclusive economy, which will help reduce unemployment, poverty, facilitate access for people with disabilities to work, create opportunities for the education of young people and adults, stimulate innovations, meet expectations of citizens, solve environmental problems, carry out digital transformations taking into consideration the best world practices. The share of public procurements in expenditures of the state budget and gross domestic product of Ukraine, the dynamics of the procurement’s participants in the B2G segment is evaluated. In Ukraine, the largest share of expenditures falls on security and social protection, however, the prosperity index in these categories is critical (“red” zone). In order to form The E-Public Procurement Strategy, the best world practices of introducing innovative, environmental and social procurement criteria should be considered. Strategic directions of public procurement, namely – ecological, digital, professional, innovation and social, which provide sustainable and inclusive development of economy, are proposed.

Nowadays, many companies cannot see the digital investment that plays a main role in the IR 4.0. Therefore, this study is investigating the study of investment as plays a critical role in an analytical activity to assess the benefits and costs of an investment and can be used as an investment justification. Traditional investment appraisal uses a financial approach where the benefits and costs are quantified in a certain amount of value for money and then compared in value. Moreover, this study is revealed the fruitful outcomes because revealed the investment valuation method with NPV (Net Present Value) and ROV (Real Option Valuation). ROV is an alternative to financial valuation. Seeding from the same philosophy as Financial Option, ROV has advantages in handling the flexibility, risk, and volatility that may occur from an investment. Thus, ROV is considered more able to appreciate an investment that has these characteristics. Investment appraisal with ROV is better able to appreciate investment than traditional financial methods, as shown by ROV's NPV results in the case of marketing with Loyalty points through email communication as a digital investment that are greater than ordinary NPV. This is because ROV can appreciate flexibility in investments that have choices of investment plans in the future

Purpose- Agritourism provides a sustainable substitute that supports international initiatives to address environmental issues and the increasing depletion of natural resources. The aim of this research is to investigate the role of agricultural tourism in sustainable rural development. Design/methodology/approach - The present study is a mixed research (qualitative-quantitative) type that was designed in two stages. In the first stage, In order to identify and extract the factors affecting the role of agricultural tourism in sustainable rural development, 18 semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts in this field using purposive sampling method and considering the theoretical saturation index of data. Second stage: In the second stage, in order to ensure the accuracy of the first stage process and observe changes, exploratory factor analysis was performed without any initial division for the factors extracted from the first stage. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used in data analysis. The statistical population of the study at this stage was villages with agricultural tourism potential in the four cities of Tonekabon, Nowshahr, Sari, and Babol, which were selected based on a stratified random sampling method with proportional assignment, with a total of 320 people. Findings - The results of the second-order confirmatory factor analysis also showed that among the second-order factor loadings, the economic and infrastructure structure (0.94) has the greatest impact, followed by the political and institutional structure (0.87), the social and educational structure (0.76), and the human and climatic structure (0.69) respectively, which have the least impact on the main structure (the role of agricultural tourism in sustainable rural development). Practical Implications - Since Mazandaran province has high tourism potential, the results of this study can help policymakers to formulate an appropriate program in the field of agritourism in line with the sustainability of rural communities. Originality/Value - This study works towards sustainable development by providing a complete strategy for the development of agricultural tourism, and this study has attempted to fill the gaps and gaps in previous studies.
