Predicting Self-Efficacy of Women with Breast Cancer based on Quality of Life, Religious Orientation, Resilience, Death Anxiety, Psychological Hardiness and Perceived Social Support(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
حوزه های تخصصی:
The purpose of the present study was to predict self-efficacy of women with breast cancer based on quality of life, religious orientation, resilience, death anxiety, psychological hardiness and perceived social support. The research method was descriptive and regression type. The statistical population in this study included all patients with breast cancer referring to Cancer Institute of Imam Khomeini and Milad hospitals in Tehran in 2018. Purposeful sampling method was used to select the sample. In this way, 300 patients with breast cancer patients were selected based on the criteria for entering and leaving the research. The research tool was a general self-efficacy questionnaire of Sherer et al. (1982), multi-dimensional perceived social support questionnaire (Zimt et al., 1989), Allport Religious Orientation (1967), Kobasa Psychological Hardiness Questionnaire (1979), Templar's Death Anxiety Scale (1970) ), The Conor-Davidson Resilience Questionnaire (2003) and the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale (1996). Regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of data analysis showed that factors of quality of life, religious orientation, resilience, death anxiety, psychological hardiness and perceived social support have 21% ability to predict self-efficacy. The factors of quality of life, resilience, psychological hardiness and social support with self-efficacy are positive at 5% confidence level, and the positivity of these coefficients actually indicates that increasing these factors increases self-efficacy (p <0.05). Death anxiety also has a significant negative correlation with self-efficacy (p <0.05).
Evaluating the Resiliency of Baghershahr against Earthquake(مقاله پژوهشی وزارت بهداشت)
Introduction: Because of the vulnerability of human settlements to natural disasters and damage caused by them, the study of the resilience of settlements has become critical in planning urban areas. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate resiliency of Baghershahr, a town with a population of 65000, locates in 4 km from Tehran city, against earthquake. Methods: The research data were collected by survey method (questionnaire tool) and also by using statistical documents and documentary reports. AHP technique has been used to determine the coefficient of importance of indicators and descriptive statistics methods have been used in data analysis. Findings: The study area has, on average, only 36.6% of the ideal conditions of resiliency. The figure in institutional dimension was 25.5%, indicating that this dimension has lowest resilience compared with other dimensions. After this, the physical dimension has a figure of 31.7%. In case of economic dimension, the figure was 40.5% of the ideal rate of resiliency and the highest level belongs to the social dimension, which was 45.4%. Conclusion: The studied area is an example of Iranian settlements with very low resiliency. On one hand, low level of the resiliency of Baghershahr is due to the threats caused from its vicinity to the oil and gas refinery complex, the thermal power plant, the sulfur industry, and the numerous plastic recycling workshops, the huge stores of petroleum products, gas and crude oil and crude oil pipelines. On the other hand, it is due to sudden formation and uncontrolled rapid growth of the town which has been accompanied by widespread migration of low-income classes over the past few decades.

حوزه های تخصصی:
The aim of this study is to investigate the general health, resilience, and identity crisis among children from families supported by the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee, as well as predicting the general health of individuals based on resilience and identity crisis. In this research, 156 male students from the province of Zanjan and the city of Maragheh, who were under the support of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee, were studied using the Goldberg General Health Questionnaire (GHQ), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), and Rajaei Identity Crisis Scale. The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. The findings indicated a significant positive relationship between general health and resilience, and a significant negative relationship between general health and identity crisis among these individuals. Furthermore, a significant negative relationship was found between resilience and identity crisis. Multiple regression analysis showed that general health explains a small amount of the variance in resilience and identity crisis in these individuals. This study demonstrated that under conditions of high resilience and low identity crisis, individuals would have better general health.
Predicting Emotional Divorce Based on Dyadic Perfectionism and Resilience(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
حوزه های تخصصی:
The current study aimed to predict emotional divorce in women by dyadic perfectionism and resiliency. The target population for the research consisted of all women living in Tehran in 2021. A descriptive correlational design was employed, and a sample size of 360 was selected using the available sampling method. Participants were asked to complete three questionnaires: the Gottman Emotional Divorce Questionnaire (1994), the Shea and Slaney Perfectionism Questionnaire (1999), and the Connor and Davidson Resiliency Questionnaire (2003). The multivariate regression analysis revealed a positive correlation between emotional divorce and perfectionism and a negative correlation between emotional divorce and resiliency (p<0.05). As such, the study concluded that both perfectionism and resiliency can significantly predict emotional divorce in women. Moreover, the findings underscored the importance of resiliency in moderating the positive relationship between emotional divorce and abnormal perfectionism.
