The present study has been conducted with the purpose of exploring the relationship between EDBI staff's General English proficiency and their technical English Writing as well as the way each ESBP and GE courses affect their writing skill. The kind of the study is quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test, being conducted among EDBI staff in Tehran Branches and Headquarters. In data collection two standard tests were used, namely Preliminary English Test (PET) for homogenous subjects, and also the level of their GE progress at the end of the treatment, and Business English Certificates (BEC) test Level B1, to measure their technical writing skill with appropriate validity and reliability. The findings indicate that: 1) there was a correlation between subjects’ general English proficiency and their business writing proficiency; 2) teaching writing of banking texts significantly improved EDBI staff’s General English; 3) teaching writing of banking could significantly improve EDBI staff’s Business English proficiency; 4) teaching writing of banking could significantly improve EDBI staff’s Business English proficiency more than GE proficiency.
بررسی رابطه رهبری خدمتگزار و توانمندسازی کارکنان

زمینه و هدف: تغییرات محیط کار سازمان ها را مجبور نموده که به منظور بقای خود در دنیای متلاطم امروزی، در سیستم های مدیریت خود بازبینی و بازنگری کنند و در اینجا است که توانمندسازی کارکنان به موضوع اصلی در ارتباط با عملکردهای رهبری و مدیریت تبدیل می گردد. رهبران خدمتگزار همواره تمایل زیادی به پرورش کارکنان و تأثیر بر رشد و پیشرفت سازمان نشان می دهند. ازاین رو، هدف این تحقیق بررسی رابطه رهبری خدمتگزار و توانمندسازی کارکنان می باشد. روش: این مطالعه از نوع کاربردی با روش توصیفی- پیمایشی در سال 94 بر روی کارکنان ستاد فرماندهی انتظامی استان همدان انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق، 407 نفر بود که از این میان 197 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند، 220 پرسشنامه توزیع و 200 پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد و آزمودنی ها با استفاده از شماره پرسنلی و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی نظام مند انتخاب شدند. و با تکمیل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و با کمک آزمون های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی تجزیه وتحلیل گردید. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد بین رهبری خدمتگزار و توانمندسازی کارکنان ارتباط آماری معنی دار وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج وجود رابطه ی مثبت و معنی داری بین تمامی ابعاد رهبری خدمتگزار شامل خدمت رسانی، تواضع و فروتنی، قابلیت اعتماد و مهرورزی با توانمندسازی کارکنان را تأیید می کند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه و تأیید وجود ارتباط مثبت و معنی دار بین رهبری خدمتگزار و توانمندسازی کارکنان، توجه به این سبک رهبری و ابعاد آن بسیار حائز اهمیت می باشد، و پیشنهاد می شود آموزش های لازم در خصوص سبک رهبری برای مدیران سازمان در نظر گرفته شود.
Design and validation of a model for improvement of in-service training evaluation system(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to design and validate a model for improving in-service training of medical university staff. Methodology: This research is an applied type of qualitative-quantitative research. The study population consisted of 15 elites who were selected through purposive sampling and in the quantitative section of 380 persons by stratified random sampling with proportional allocation among staff of Khuzestan University of Medical Sciences. The data were collected through structured interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire that was implemented in qualitative and quantitative sections, respectively. The findings showed that organizational development, role of instructor, assigned tasks, professional skill, training facilities, content, attitude to training, trust building, knowledge of elites and experts were among the influential components in in-service training. Findings: Findings related to Structural Equation Technique using pls software also showed that all the above-mentioned components were significantly higher than the value of 1.96 at the significant level of 0.95. In other words, these components are highly influential in evaluating in-service education from the perspective of course learners. Conclusion: The findings also showed that the improvement of in-service training evaluation system plays an important role in the effectiveness of the workforce as well as the proper training of human resources in the direction of achieving the goals of the system of managers in the Medical Sciences University.
Designing a Model for Increasing Organizational Justice with the Approach of Cultural Ethical values in Education Staff Mashhad(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The aim of this research was designing a model for increasing organizational justice with the approach of cultural ethical values in education staff. Methodology: This study was applied in terms of purpose and combined (qualitative and quantitative) in terms of implementation method. The research population in the qualitative section was the management experts of the Islamic Azad University of Neishabour and the managers and deputies of the weekly districts of Mashhad and in the quantitative section were the education staff of the weekly districts of Mashhad in the 2019-20 academic years. The research sample in the qualitative section was 30 people who were selected according to the principle of theoretical saturation by available sampling method and in the quantitative section were 257 people who were selected by stratified random sampling method. Data were collected by methods of phishing, interviews and researcher-made questionnaire whose face validity and structure were confirmed and its reliability was obtained by Cronbach’s alpha method for all dimensions above 0.80. Data of in the qualitative section were analyzed by Delphi method and in the quantitative section were analyzed by descriptive statistical indicators and structural equations in SPSS-26 and AMOS-23 software. Findings: The findings of the qualitative section showed that organizational justice has four components of distributive (4 subscales), procedural (3 subscales), interactive (2 subscales) and linguistic (2 subscales) and cultural ethical values has four components of cultural values (3 subscales), ethical leadership (4 subscales), professional ethics (3 subscales) and ethical Climate (2 subscales). The findings of the quantitative section showed that the components of both factors were confirmed, subscales and components had a significant effect on the model of increasing organizational justice with the approach of cultural ethical values and the model had appropriate fitness indicators. Conclusion: Based on the results, the final model of increasing organizational justice with the approach of cultural ethical values in education staff that this model can have practical implications for education professionals and use it to improve the education organization
The Effect of Individual Learning on Improvement the Quality of Training of the Staff of Eghtesad Novin Bank(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Today, the quality of training plays an important role in improving the performance of organizations. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of individual learning on improving the quality of training of the staff of Eghtesad Novin Bank. Methodology: This research in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was descriptive from type of correlation. The research population was all the staff of Eghtesad Novin Bank of Tehran city with number 937 people. The sample size based on the Krejcie and Morgan table was determined 272 people who were selected by cluster random sampling method. The research tool was researcher-made questionnaires of individual learning (8 questions) and quality of training (23 questions), which its face validity was confirmed by the opinion of experts and its reliability was estimated above 0.70 by Cronbach's alpha method. Data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling in SPSS and LISREL software. Findings: The findings showed that the factor loading of all items was above 0.40 and individual learning had two components of intrapersonal factors and interpersonal factors and the quality of training had only one component. The average variance extracted of the components was above 0.50 and their reliability was above 0.80 by Cronbach alpha and combined methods. Also, the model of the effect of individual learning on improving the quality of training of the staff of Eghtesad Novin Bank had a good fit and individual learning had a positive and significant effect on the quality of training (P<0.001). Conclusion: Considering the effect of individual learning on the improvement the quality of training of the staff of Eghtesad Novin Bank, the planners of this bank can improve the quality of training through individual training and learning.
