چکیده
هدف این پژوهش توصیف و تحلیل تعارضات ساختاری در سپهر کتابخانه ای و جایگاه ترویج علم در کتابخانه های عمومی ایران است. مفروضه ما این است که کتابخانه های عمومی به دلایل جامعه شناختی در فرایند پیشبرد ترویج علم با موانعی متکثر رویاروی هستند. ادعای نظری این مقاله آن است که تعارضات ساختاری در سپهر کتابخانه ای ایران، جایگاه ترویج علم در کتابخانه های عمومی را با چالش جدی مواجه ساخته اند. در این پژوهش نخست اسناد فرادستی در رابطه با جایگاه کتابخانه های عمومی در ترویج علم بررسی شد تا روشن شود عمومی سازی علم چه جایگاهی در سپهر کتابخانه ای ایران دارد؟ پس از ردیابی این هدف، پرسش مهم تری در رابطه به موانع اصلی ترویج علم در نهاد کتابخانه های عمومی مطرح شد. بنا بر یافته های این پژوهش، موانع و مسائلی ساختاری نظیر «عدم وجود استراتژی بنیادین برای حل مشکلات و تعارضات ساختاری، عدم اتخاذ رویکرد مناسب برای پیاده سازی گفتمان ترویج علم در رسانه ملی، نقض عدالت توزیعی در خدمات کتابخانه ای و جایگاه حاشیه ای کتابخانه-های عمومی» جایگاه ترویج علم در کتابخانه های عمومی ایران را دچار چالش جدی کرده اند.Structural conflicts in the library sphere and the place of science promotion in Iran's public libraries
The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the structural conflicts in the library sphere and the place of science promotion in Iran's public libraries. Our hypothesis is that public libraries face many obstacles in the process of promoting science due to sociological reasons. In this research, the first upstream documents related to the position of public libraries in the promotion of science were examined in order to clarify what position the generalization of science has in Iran's library sphere. After tracking this goal, a more important question was raised regarding the main obstacles to the promotion of science in public libraries. According to the findings of this research, structural obstacles and issues such as "the absence of a fundamental strategy to solve structural problems and conflicts, failure to adopt an appropriate approach to implement the discourse of science promotion in the national media, violation of distributive justice in library services and The marginal position of public libraries" have seriously challenged the position of science promotion in Iran's public libraries.
