بررسی و تحلیل دیدگاه ها و مواضع سیاست خارجی کاندیداهای دوره چهاردهم ریاست جمهوری اسلامی ایران؛ با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا

چکیده
سیاست خارجی مجموعه ای از دیدگاه ها، خط مشی ها، راهبردها، معیارها و مواضع در دنیای بین الملل است. هدف این مقاله آن است که سیاست خارجی از دیدگاه کاندیداهای فوق بررسی و مقایسه گردد. پرسش اصلی این است که هر کدام از آنان نسبت به سیاست خارجی چه دیدگاه و موضعی دارند. روش تحقیق، تحلیل محتوا و نوع آن بررسی موردی بر روی مناظره چهارم با موضوع «سیاست خارجی» است. جامعه آماری و حجم نمونه نیز شامل 20622 واژه بوده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که کاندیداها از اصطلاحات علمی در تبیین مانیفست سیاسی به قدر کفایت استفاده نکرده اند و در باب نظریه، فرضیه، خط مشی، چشم انداز و ... برنامه ای علمی نداشته اند. کاندیداها بیشتر درباره وفاق، وحدت، عدالت و مشارکت اشتراک نظر داشته و به موقعیت ژئوپلتیک ایران توجه داشته اند اما از نظر روش و نگرش با یکدیگر تفاوت داشته و بیشتر به بحث، جدل، دفاع، نفی، اثبات، اعتراض، ادعا، انتقاد، و موضع گیری نسبت به یکدیگر پرداخته اند و با شگردهای رتوریکی بیشتر در صدد اثبات برتری خود یا راندن رقیب از میدان بوده اند.Studying and analyzing the foreign policy views and positions of the 14th presidential election candidates of Islamic Republic of Iran: A content analysis approach
Foreign policy is a set of views, policies, strategies, criteria and positions in the international world. The aim is to examine and compare the foreign policy from of the candidates` point of view. The main question is what is the view and stance of each of the candidates towards foreign policy. The research method is content analysis and its type is a case study on the fourth debate on "foreign policy". The statistical population and the sample also include 20,622 words. The findings of the research show that the candidates did not use scientific terms in explaining the political manifesto sufficiently and they did not have a scientific program about theory, hypothesis, policy, perspective, etc. The candidates mostly shared opinions about harmony, unity, justice and participation and paid attention to the geopolitical situation of Iran, but they differed from each other in terms of methods and attitudes and focused more on discussion, controversy, defense, negation, proof, protest, claim, criticism, towards each other and have tried to prove their superiority or drive the competitor out of the field with more rhetorical tricks.
