تبیین وضعیت فرهنگ دانشگاهی در دانشگاههای ایران براساس مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با صاحب نظران (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف تبیین وضعیت فرهنگ دانشگاهی در دانشگاههای ایران با رویکرد کیفی انجام گردید. داده های مورد نیاز از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 14 نفر از صاحبنظران آموزش عالی جمع آوری گردید. کدگذاری باز و محوری روی داده های مصاحبه انجام شد و از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده گردید. داده های بدست آمده با توجه به سوالات مصاحبه در شش محور درک افراد از فرهنگ دانشگاه، مولفه های فرهنگ دانشگاه و توصیف وضعیت آنها، عوامل درونی و بیرونی موثر بر فرهنگ دانشگاه، پیامدهای فرهنگ دانشگاه، و راه حل های مطرح شده ارائه شد. هنجارهای علمی، ارتباطات، برخورداری از ویژگیهای انسان دانشگاهی، رفتارهای دانشگاهی، استقلال دانشگاهی، زندگی در محیط دانشگاه و اخلاق دانشگاهی به عنوان مولفه های فرهنگ دانشگاهی ذکر شد در خصوص مولفه های دانشگاهی، تصویر مطلوبی ارائه نمی شود و در نهایت اعطای استقلال به دانشگاه، مهندسی در فرهنگ دانشگاهی و توسعه اجتماعات علمی و .. به عنوان راهکار مطرح می شود. نتایج این تحقیق برای سیاستگذاری در خصوص فرهنگ دانشگاهی قابل استفاده است.Explaining the status of university culture in Iranian universities based on a semi-structured interview with experts
This research was conducted with the aim of explaining the status of university culture in Iranian universities with a qualitative approach. Required data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 14 experts in higher education. Open and axial coding was done on the interview data and the content analysis method was used. The data obtained in relation to interview questions in six aspects of the understanding of people from university culture, the components of university culture and their status, internal and external influences affecting university culture, the consequences of university culture, the proposed solutions. Academic norms, communications, academic qualities, academic behaviors, university autonomy, life in the university environment, and academic ethics are mentioned as components of academic culture. The university faculty does not provide a satisfactory image, and ultimately, the granting of independence to the university, Engineering in academic culture and the development of scientific communities and ... presented as a solution. The results of this research can be used for policy on academic culture.
