اعتبارسنجی روایات فقهی یونس بن ظبیان در کتب اربعه با رویکرد آماری (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
یونس بن ظبیان، راوی مستقیم امام صادق ، نزد غالب رجالیان، متّهم به کذب و جعل است و از این رو به اعتبار احادیث وی به دیده ی تردید می نگرند. از این راوی 12 روایت فقهی (بدون تکرار) در کتب اربعه وجود دارد و پژوهش حاضر در صدد اعتبارسنجی این روایات به عنوان گامی در شناخت دقیقتر اعتبار مصادر مذکور برآمده است. پنج سنجه منبع، راوی، سند، مطابقت با سنّت و عمل متخصّصان مبنای پژوهش است. نتایج این اعتبارسنجی نشان داد بیش از 50% روایات یونس در دیگر منابع متقدّم معتبر نقل شده که فزون بر نیمی از آن ها از طریق راویانی ثقه روایت شده است. با تأثیر دادن مؤلفه ی حضور راویان شاخص در أسانید، روایات معتبر از این حیث را می توان تا بیش از 70% دانست. جز یک روایت در من لایحضره الفقیه، سایر مرویّات دارای سندی متّصل است. دستِ کم بیش از 85% از این فرازها با دیگر روایات معتبر، تطابق دارد و در نهایت از میان فرازهای قابل بررسی از حیث سنجه ی عمل متخصّصین، حدود 85% روایات وی مورد اعتنای ایشان قرار گرفته است. نتایج نهایی با تجمیع داده ها پیرامون هر روایت نشان داد که تنها دو روایت از دید سنجه های مطرح شده، فاقد دلیلی وافی برای اعتبار است.Validation of jurisprudential narrations of Yunus bin Zabian in Arbaa books with a statistical approach
Yunus bin Zabian, the direct narrator of Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him), is accused of lying by most scholars, and therefore his hadiths are regarded with doubt. From this narrator, there are 12 jurisprudential narrations in the books of Arbaa, and the present study aims to validate these narrations. The five criteria of the source, the narrator, the document, compliance with the tradition and the procedure of the experts are the basis of the research. The results of this validation showed that about 50% of the narrations of Yunus were narrated in other authentic sources and more than half of them were narrated through narrators of Thagha. With the influence of the presence of prominent narrators in Asanid, we can consider about 80% authentic narrations in this respect. About 85% of these verses are consistent with other authentic narrations, and finally, among the verses that can be examined from the point of view of the criteria of action of experts, about 85% of his narrations have been noticed by them. . The final results, by aggregating the data obtained around each narrative, showed that only two narratives lack sufficient grounds for validity in terms of the criteria mentioned.
