چکیده
الگوی تربیتی مستبدانه و سخت گیری در آموزش، اگر چه افراد مقاوم را به مقامات برتر می سازند ضعیف ها را دچار شکست یا عواقب زیانبار می نماید. شمس تبریزی به عنوان آموزگاری معنوی عقیده دارد که بهترین روش تربیتی برای افرادی خاص که استعداد لازم را دارند الگوی سخت گیرانه است چون تولد دوباره نیاز به گذر از درد زایمان دارد و پلیدی های درون با آسان گیری ریشه کن نخواهد شد. در این مقاله با بررسی روش های تعلیم و تربیت متناسب با روان شناسی جدید، به بررسی روش شمس تبریزی پرداخته و دیدگاه او نقد و ارزیابی می شود. با بهره گیری از روش کتابخانه ای و تجزیه و تحلیل منطقی، با استناد به منابع دست اول نتیجه گیری می شود که در الگوی تربیتی این عارف برای افراد خاصی که استعداد مربوطه را داشته اند در مواردی کارآمد بوده است و اگر چه در آموزش عمومی جدید مورد قبول نیست در تربیت اختصاصی توصیه شده است. او سه نوع مدرسه و سه مقطع تحصیلی را طراحی می کند که از ابتدایی تا نهایی که معرفت می داند تدوین می سازد.Educational and elite education teachings from the perspective of Shams Tabrizi
