چکیده
اهمیت ورزش قهرمانی و گسترش مسابقات در عرصه های بین المللی موجب شده است که اغلب کشورها برای رسیدن به موفقیت به دنبال برنامه هایی برای کشف استعدادهای ورزشی باشند، امروزه این موضوع اثبات شده است که مسیر ورزش قهرمانی کشورها از نظام آموزش و پرورش آن می گذرد؛ از این رو هدف از تحقیق شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در استعدادیابی ورزشی دانش آموزان ابتدایی (با رویکرد قهرمان پروری برای آینده) می باشد. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش انجام، کیفی است که در آن از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری شامل اساتید هیئت علمی مرتبط با موضوع، کارشناسان استعدادیابی وزارت ورزش و جوانان و معلمان نمونه تربیت بدنی کشور بود که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل مصاحبه های عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته بود که تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری با 16 نفر از نخبگان حوزه مربوطه انجام شد. کلیه مراحل کدگذاری و تحلیل داده ها با کمک نرم افزار مکس کیو دی ای نسخه 2018 انجام شد. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل مصاحبه ها 86 ویژگی مؤثر به دست آمد که در نهایت منجر به 8 مضمون اصلی شامل برنامه ریزی راهبردی، آموزش خلاق، معلمان با انگیزه، آگاه سازی والدین، تخصیص امتیازات ویژه، استعدادیابی هوشمند، برگزاری مسابقات و تأمین مالی مشخص شدند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر می تواند در ارتقای جایگاه ورزش قهرمانی کشور موثر واقع شود.Identifying effective factors in sport talent identification in elementary school students (with championship approach for the future)
The importance of championship sports and the expansion of competitions in international levels has caused most countries to look for programs to discover sports talents in order to achieve success. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to identify the effective factors in identifying the sports talent of primary school students (with championship approach for the future). The qualitative research method and thematic analysis is used. The statistical population included relevant academic professors, talent identification experts of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and exemplary physical education teachers who were selected by targeted sampling. The data collection tool included in-depth and semi-structured interviews that were conducted with 16 experts in the relevant field until theoretical saturation was reached. All steps of data coding and analysis were done with the help of MaxQDA software version 2018. After analyzing the interviews 86 effective features were obtained which finally led to 8 main themes including strategic planning, creative education, motivated teachers, parents, special facilities, smart talent identification, holding competitions and financing. The results of the present research can be effective in improving the status of the country's championship sports.
