چکیده
زمینه و هدف: مقابله با فساد اقتصادی و برقراری امنیت اقتصادی از چنان اهمیتی در جامعه برخوردار است که تحقیق در این زمینه ضروری است. هدف اصلی این مقاله احصاء ضروریات و آثار مبارزه با مفاسد اقتصادی از منظر مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی) می باشد. از این رو با بررسی دیدگاه معظم له در تحقیق حاضر به دنبال دستیابی به هدف پژوهش هستیم. روش: تحقیق حاضر از حیث هدف کاربردی و از حیث نحوه گردآوری داده ها از نوع آمیخته اکتشافی به شمار می آید، روش انجام تحقیق نیز در بخش کیفی، به صورت «تحلیل محتوا» و در بخش کمی، به صورت پیمایشی می باشد. شیوه جمع آوری داده ها در مرحله کیفی، به صورت اسنادی از بیانات معظم له، مطالب مربوط به مفاسد اقتصادی استخراج شده (به صورت تمام شمار) و سپس درمرحله کمی، شاخص های استخراجی در بین تعداد 72 تن از صاحب نظران مرتبط با موضوع مورد تحلیل عاملی قرار گرفته و عوامل اصلی از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی با نرم افزار Spss استخراج شدند. یافته ها: از بین داده های پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای بیانات فرماندهی معظم کل قوا و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، نُه عامل مهم و اساسی که بیشترین نقش را در تبیین مقوله اهمیت و ضرورت مبارزه با مفاسد اقتصادی داشته اند، شناسایی و احصاء گردید. همچنین به مهمترین دست آوردها و آثار این موضوع نیز اشاره شده است. نتیجه گیری: نتیجه نشان از آن بود که عامل "رونق تولید و گشایش اقتصادی" ؛ "جلوگیری از خدشه دار شدن اعتماد مردم" و "امیدواری و مطالبه گری مردم در مبارزه با فساد" و همچنین "گسترش فاصله طبقاتی" از اهم ضروریات مقابله حاکمیت با مفاسد اقتصادی می باشد. از طرفی مبارزه جدی و اثربخش با فساد اقتصادی، آثار متعددی از قبیل استقبال سرمایه گذاری و ایجاد محیط سالم اقتصادی، درپی دارد.The importance and necessity of fighting economic corruption based on statistical indicators from the orders and guidelines of the Supreme Leader and its effects.
Dealing with economic corruption and establishing economic security is so important in society that research in this field is necessary. The main purpose of this article is to list the necessities and effects of the fight against economic corruption from the perspective of the Supreme Leader. Therefore, by examining the view of His Holiness in the present research, we seek to achieve the goal of the research. The current research is considered to be of mixed exploratory type in terms of practical purpose and in terms of the method of data collection, the research method in the qualitative part is "content analysis" and in the quantitative part, it is a survey. The method of data collection in the qualitative stage, in the form of documents, the materials related to economic corruptions were extracted from the statements of the Almighty God, and then in the quantitative stage, the extracted indicators were subjected to factor analysis and the factors were extracted. which have been studied and analyzed in full, and the number of 72 opinion holders related to the subject of the statistical population constitutes the quantitative part. give Finally, From the data of the research using exploratory factor analysis, nine effective factors were identified and the result indicated that the first factor i.e. production boom and economic opening in the country with a specific value of 9.837 had the most impact and importance among other factors. In total, it has covered 31.732% of the variance of the society.
