چکیده
هدف: سازمان ها و افراد با اجبار و فشارهای فزاینده روبه رو هستند و اقدام شجاعانه پاسخی مهم و مورد نیاز به این فشارها در موقعیت های مختلف است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی پیشایندها و پسایندهای شجاعت در محل کار از طریق بررسی مطالعات پیشین است. روش: پژوهش از طریق تحلیل فراترکیب پژوهش های انجام گرفته در این حوزه انجام شد. انتخاب نمونه ها با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند ملاک مدار به عمل آمد. در نهایت از روش آنتروپی شانون برای تبدیل داده های کیفی به کمی و وزن دهی و رتبه بندی شاخص ها استفاده شد. یافته ها: پیشایندهای شجاعت در محل کار در چهار مقوله اصلی شناسایی شدند که به ترتیب اولویت عبارت اند از: عوامل فردی، سازمانی، موقعیتی، محیطی. پسایندهای شجاعت در محل کار نیز در دو مقوله اصلی، شامل پسایندهای مثبت و منفی، دسته بندی شدند. نتیجه : نتایج تحقیق به کسب وکارها و مدیران سازمان ها امکان می دهد تا با درک اهمیت شجاعت در محل کار و شناخت پیشایندهای شجاعت عواملی را که موجب تسهیل بروز شجاعت می شود توسعه دهند و از پسایندهای مثبت آن بهره مند شوند.Meta-Synthesis of Antecedents and Consequences of Courage in the Workplace
Purpose: As organizations and individuals face increasing pressures and coercion, courageous actions become essential for effectively addressing these challenges. This research aims to investigate the antecedents and outcomes of courage within workplace settings through a comprehensive review of existing literature.
Method: This study utilized a meta-synthesis approach for its research design. Sample selection was carried out using purposeful sampling techniques. Additionally, qualitative data were converted into quantitative data through Shannon's entropy method for indicator weighting and ranking.
Findings: The antecedents of workplace courage were identified and categorized into four primary groups: individual, organizational, situational, and environmental factors, ranked in order of significance. Moreover, the manifestations of workplace courage were divided into positive and negative outcomes.
Conclusion: The findings of this study offer valuable insights for businesses and organizational leaders regarding the vital role of courage in the workplace. By understanding the antecedents of courage, organizations can create environments that encourage courageous actions and maximize their beneficial effects.
