چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی کارکردهای دولت اخلاقی از منظر حکمت سیاسی متعالیه است. در این راستا و با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، پس از بررسی بسترهای لازم برای شکل گیری دولت اخلاقی، به کارکردهای آن پرداخته و نشان داده ایم که در این مکتب، دولت اخلاقی مبتنی بر حکمت عملی برساخته می شود که در آن تدبیر، تلاش و انتخاب عقلانی، جایگاه ویژه ای دارد. در این منطق، اخلاق بر همه تکاپوهای دولت، حاکمیت دارد و وظیفه اخلاقی دولت آن است که بستر های دستیابی جامعه به عدالت و احقاق حقوق سیاسی- اجتماعی را فراهم سازد. در دولت اخلاقی متعالی، اخلاق و سیاست، در روندی تعاملی- تکاملی به کمک یکدیگر می آیند و دولتی شکل می گیرد که دارای کارکردهایی همچون زمینه چینی برای سعادت جامعه، پاسبانی از شأن و کرامت انسان، بسترسازی برای تربیت و تهذیب سیاسی شهروندان، تحقق عدالت سیاسی، شرح صدر و همدلی است.Functions of a Moral Government in Transcendent Philosophy
The aim of this research is to analyze the various functions of a moral government from the perspective of Transcendent ( muta ʿ āliya ) political philosophy. By employing a descriptive-analytic method and considering the necessary prerequisites for the establishment of a moral government, this study delves into its functions. It demonstrates that, in Transcendent philosophy, a moral government is built upon practical wisdom, where rational management and selection are of special importance.
