چکیده
تأثیر تغییر استراتژی هژمون برتر در منطقه غرب آسیا و تغییر قواعد و زمین بازی، مسئله ای مهم و تأثیرگذار بر محیط امنیتی– سیاسی ایران است. سؤال اصلی این پژوهش این است که راهبرد ایالات متحده در دوره بایدن در منطقه غرب آسیا چیست و چه تأثیری بر امنیت ملی ایران دارد؟ به نظر می رسد که استراتژی بایدن در قبال ایران از موازنه سازی مستقیم به موازنه از راه دور تغییر یافته است. این استراتژی نیز موجد فرصت هایی نظیر آزادی عمل بیشتر ایران و باز گذاشتن دست این کشور در محور تحت نفوذ خود و تهدیدات همچون انزوای بیشتر ایران در منطقه نفوذش با توجه به متحدشدن کشورهای عرب منطقه با اسرائیل (برنامه صلح ابراهیم) خواهد بود. واگذاری منطقه غرب آسیا به متحدین منطقه و نظارت کیفی بر آن و اولویت دادن به مبارزه با برنامه هسته ای ایران مهم ترین استراتژی دولت بایدن در منطقه است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام شده و شیوه ی جمع آوری داده ها به صورت کتابخانه ای و استفاده از منابع معتبر اینترنیتی بوده است.Threats and Opportunities of America's Grand Strategy (in the era of Joe Biden) in West Asia on the Strategic Management of the Islamic Republic of Iran
The effect of changing the strategy of the dominant hegemon in the West Asian region and changing the rules and the playing field is an important and influential issue on Iran's security-political environment. The main question of this research is what is the strategy of the United States in the period of Biden in the West Asian region and what effect does it have on Iran's national security? It seems that Biden's strategy towards Iran has changed from direct balancing to Offshore balancing. This strategy will also create opportunities such as Iran's greater freedom of action and leaving the country's hands free in the axis under its influence, and threats such as Iran's further isolation in its area of influence due to the unification of the Arab countries in the region with Israel (Ibrahim Peace Program). Handing over the West Asian region to regional allies and qualitatively monitoring it and prioritizing the fight against Iran's nuclear program is the most important strategy of the Biden government in the region. The current research was carried out with a descriptive-analytical approach and the method of data collection was library and using reliable internet sources.
