آینده نگری در تربیت معلم ایران با گذر از گذشته به حال و آینده

چکیده
برنامه درسی تربیت معلم به عنوان قلب مراکز دانشگاهی در تحقق اهداف نظام آموزشی تربیت معلم از جایگاه برجسته ای برخوردار است، بدین منظور، باید همگام با تحولات مختلف تکنولوژیک، اقتصادی و علمی همانند کشورهای پیشرفته متحول گردد. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف آینده نگری در تربیت معلم کشور انجام شد. روش تحقیق آینده پژوهی، از نوع دیده بانی بوده و اطلاعات آن با مراجعه به پایگاه های اطلاعاتی داخل و خارج، کتب، اسناد، مدارک و تحقیقات جمع آوری و تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از آن بود که به جهت رشد سریع تحولات علمی جهان و نیازهای روز جامعه، آینده نگری در برنامه های آموزشی، ضرورتی انکار ناپذیر است. یکی از استلزامات تربیت آینده سازانی که بتوانند با بحران هایی که با آنها مواجه خواهند شد، کنار بیایند و از فرصت هایی که در یک دنیای متغیر به وجود خواهد آمد به نحو بهینه بهره برداری نمایند، برنامه ریزی آینده نگرانه در تربیت معلم است. برنامه ریزی در این زمینه، نه تنها باید نسخه ای برای درمان آسیب ها و مشکلات موجود نوشته شده باشد، بلکه باید بتواند با رویکردی پیشگیرانه، تهدیدها و نگرانی های تربیتی آینده را مهار نموده و برای تربیت معلمانی در شأن جوامع آینده نقش هایی را ترسیم نماید.Forecasting in the Iranian teacher education by passing from the past to the present and the future
Teacher education curriculum as the heart of academic centers has a prominent place in the realization of the goals of the teacher education organization, so it must evolve in line with various technological, economic and scientific developments similar to the developed countries. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of future studies in teachers’ training. The research method was Future studies, of the Horizon Scanning and its information was collected and analyzed by referring to internal and external databases, books, documents and researches. The results indicated that for the rapid growth of scientific developments in the world and the everyday needs of the society, providence in educational programs is indispensable. One of the implications of training of people who can cope with the crises they face and optimally exploit the opportunities that will arise in a changing world is futuristic planning in teacher education. Planning in this area should not only be a prescription for the treatment of existing injuries and problems, but should also be able to handle future threats and educational concerns with preventive approaches and to outline roles for future teacher education.
